I do not know what has happened to this facility. I used to recommend it highly, but the last few times have been terrible. It was extremely dirty, smelled and a lot of the machines were out of service. I doubt if I will use this facility again. It sucks that I have to drive all the way to Monroe just to do my laundry. My laundry is temporarily down at my home so I hauled my families clothes and towels here (8 or 9 loads) and got everything done in about 2 hours...everything washed & dried. I folded everything on the nice counter space. The facility was clean, well organized, several laundry carts on wheels to transport wet clothes to dryers and so efficient. Bring quarters for the machines or cash to make change. I brought my own detergent but you can always buy there too. I thought the prices were decent for the amount I had cleaned. Clean, bright laundry facilities with newer stainless machines. I was able to wash a queen size down comforter and a queen size down alternative comforter in a single large machine for just under $6. I forgot to bring my free & clear detergent at home so was pleased they offered that as a vending item for just $1. Washing took about 35 minutes and there is a park just down the street so I took my dogs for a short walk. Drying took a little longer because I should have put each comforter into its own dryer the first time around and one comforter became entangled in the other. Once separated they both dried quickly. The only downside is the lack of parking; I would estimate less than 10 spaces. Maybe not an issue at times but at the end of a holiday weekend there were quite a few patrons and a shortage of parking spaces. Despite the quantity of patrons there were no issues finding available washers or dryers Will definitely be returning! read more

Very clean compared to other laundromats! Prices seemed to be the same as others to me. A triple load wash is $5, .25 for every 5min for dryers. The girl working is really friendly and on top of keeping it clean. My favorite part is that the entrance has automatic doors haha. For a late afternoon on a Monday they were pretty empty inside. The only downside is there's very limited parking spots in the front of the building. They do have a ATM ($2 fee to use) and change machine. read more

We found this place on Google, decided to try it out and it is superb!! The whole place feels like a 50s laundry, with nice clean machines, and diamond plating hiding the behind the screens stuff. I drove from Sammamish to come here because the reviews of closet coin laundry locations were terrible. So glad I did! I needed to wash my down comforter and didn't trust old machines. This facility is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. New machines, granite counter tops, multiple TVs, free wifi, vending machines, ATM and change machine, and clean bathrooms. It's a 50's retro automotive vibe and is super clean. I used a 4 load machine and it was $6.75 for a hot/warm wash ($6.25 cold). Two load is $3.50 hot wash ($3.25 cold). I came on a Thursday afternoon and the parking lot is full, so this is the only problem I could foresee. read more

First time laundromat user since our W/D aren't usable as remodeling our house. Arrived Thursday morning and no one was there. Very clean and quiet, I was totally blown away! I was there with my kids for a few hours, felt comfortable and safe waiting. Plenty of washers and dryers, tables to fold clothes, chairs to sit and read, 5 (or more) TV to watch. A quarter got stuck on one washer, a nice gentleman who works there fixed it immediately. He kindly showed me how I should pick machines. Wow. We were moving into our house and neither the washer nor dryer were working. I looked on yelp and learned there are very few laundromats on the Eastside. This was well worth the drive: open late, very clean, plenty of thoughtful touches like an automatic front door. The owner was on site and was super friendly and helpful. She helped me out of a jam when I needed quarters for the machine and I brought my expired debit card, and left the active card at home. She even offered to take my boxes when we're done unpacking. It's clean, the machines are new and nice, the play area with the kids is awesome, and it's not super hot like other laundromats, even on a sunny Seattle day when I was running the AC in my car. Clean and mostly convenient. But Damn EXPENSIVE $$$ $5.00 per load! WTF? They claim to have Washing Machines that hold 3 Times the loads as a home washing machine. Yeah, FIVE F'n BUCKs for an alleged 30lbs of clothes. My Mom's LG, which is the typical size a domestic home machine in America, has a capacity of a mere 18lbs but the internal drum is easily 2 and 1/2 larger in capacity than the commercial wash machines. See pictures already on yelp. I spent $22.00 using four washing machines and 2 dryers at the Tolt Laundry in Carnation Washington. They claim that their commercial Wash Machines hold "3+ loads from home". A sign posted on the machines. Yet somehow I don't know how I managed to wash 12 loads of dirty clothes. Budget Hint. Motel 6 has Washing machines for $2.00 bucks per load using a commercial machines is nearly identical in capacity to the standard Domestic (Home) washing machine. The Dryers (at Motel 6) cost a FLAT $2.oo bucks and run for a Fixed HOUR. Yup no options on time settings. Still 8 Bucks as compared to $22.oo at the Tolt Laundry. A coin machine (that actually WORKS!) for changing those those bills you just got out of the ATM into coins for the machines. The machines are absolutely top-notch!
