Of course there is no signage letting people know of this excessive increase (or decrease in time) so you don't find out until you have a basket full of wet clothes. So congratulations, you got an extra $6 from me (more if you count having to use the expensive washers), but I will never be going back so you lost my weekly business.

Bruh, I know that we are still in the age of Covid, but that is mad expensive. Count also the attendant who is rude enough to not want to change your bills into quarters due to the laundromat's change machine being out of order makes this experience more on the "meh" level. When the attendant wants to work, its like pulling teeth in getting her to assist with anything. I almost felt bad for interrupting her book reading time within the booth in the back (and behind plexiglass) just to ask her a question regarding the machines + obtaining more quarters to spend within this business. Key word is "almost." I'll either wash my clothes at another laundromat, or within my hotel bathtub from now on.

The zipper handle was literally torn off the jacket and it's a pretty heavy duty zipper. Instead there was a safety pin when I picked up and when I asked about it, the gentleman made a few phone calls and said it might have gotten caught in their machine. If something happens, the customer should be notified upon finding out not upon pickup when a part of their jacket is missing. I took the jacket in to get the zipper replaced which cost me more than the drycleaning bill and so when I called back to ask for a refund of the drycleaning bill they willingly did so without much fuss which I appreciated. If you have nicer items, I probably wouldn't trust them to dryclean them here.

I brought in my fiancé suit to be cleaned and for some reason the suit was cleaned, but the shirt took an additional two more hours. I also brought in a blue dress that had crystals on it. That was probably about 10 years old. I have been dry clean many times at past cleaners. The old man that owns the place idea how to clean the dress with the crystals. I was shocked... A professional dry cleaner doesn't know how to dry clean the dress? I then brought it to Meadows dry cleaners and they knew exactly what to do! The final straw was one night me and my fiancé were at Coconuts Thai restaurant that is literally right next-door to the cleaners. Both these businesses close at 7pm and we parked at 6:30. It's not like people were banging down the dry cleaners door to get service... I just happened to pull in and didn't see a sign that said dry cleaners only. The old guy goes out to my car and takes a picture. I see him and I go into his establishment and said " did you take a picture of my car" and he said "yes ". and I said "why did you do that" and he said "because I can.".....He then took his hand and waved me out of his store.
