Omg food is always amazing and cook too perfection I would recommend everything and everybody too come here and don't forget to try the egg rolls

Mushy
Allison M.

I am in Lexington on business and decided to stop in for lunch. Greeted by friendly girl at counter. Ordered a California roll and edamame. Frequenting Japanese restraints often I was disappointed. When receiving my food I was told that too much salt was put on my edamame and she tried to "shake it off". It was also very mushy, breaking apart to the point it was hard to eat. She did come back to the table and tell me she felt bad and that she was going to make more. The food should not have been delivered in the first place. California roll was okay but missing cucumber. Sadly disappointed with my lunch choice.

Dirty and not really an establishment I'd like to visit again. The staff at the register wasn't really understanding and got most of our order incorrect. Which ended up costing us more in the long run.

The bone my 6 year old almost choked on

Sunday Funday ... my wife found this spot on Tik Tok .... Upon entering we were greeted immediately…read morewith a smile. The actual location is very vibrant with an open floor plan that allows a lot of light ...now with the food ... I'll start by saying whoever made the sweet t needs a raise .... The menu is a lot but a good type of a lot with many choices. I ended up getting the Mr. ALLI-G Roll and the Red Snapper Bowl. Well welll well ... yelp family this Alli-G Roll we better than expected lol ... fried to perfection. Also the gator wasn't over cooked ... you can tell the preparers take their time and every dish has a different touch of excellence. Now for the Snapper Bowl .... I highly recommend ... the food bowl was delivered and I could still se the steam which I loved ... all the veggies were fresh fresh you could taste it. The snapper was amazing also. This spot leaves the extra seasoning up to you ... BUT your table has a bottle of yum yum sauce and you don't have to keep asking. Most importantly they are not stingy on the portions. I had half of my sushi rolls left and half of my bowl. Kudos to the staff also with the recommendations and setting the expectation of the dishes. They also worked as a team ... one waiter didn't see our drinks on the table and immediately asked if we put our order in. This was def worth the 35 min drive from the other side of town be sure to check them out. And another round of applause for the staff. I'll be back SOON .

A huge menu, but many of the sushi items involve mayo or cream cheese, which for me is a turn off…read more A lot of deep fried dishes too (including the crawfish, which was disappointing.) But the fish itself was fresh, so try to stick to the basics and you should be ok. Also it was disappointing that both wine specials were red wine, no white wine

Restaurant is clean and love that wherever you sit you don't feel on top of the next guests. Food is ALWAYS fresh and made to order. The shrimp are big and crisp and cooked to perfection. This time I chose fried rice instead of playing it safe with white rice and I can honestly eat it alone. I can tell it also was made to order and not scooped out of a premade batch previously cooked

From the moment we pulled up, the exterior set the tone -- very clean and inviting. Even with the Friday night rush, the hostess was warm and welcoming and got us seated quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Our waitress was outstanding. She was attentive without being overbearing, checked on us consistently, and helped guide us through the menu with great recommendations. We started with the lobster spring rolls and a salmon roll. The spring rolls were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with large chunks of lobster -- not skimpy at all. The salmon roll was some of the freshest sushi I've had in a long time. For my entrée, I ordered the walnut shrimp. The shrimp were gigantic, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was so good I literally slapped the table. No shame. We will absolutely be back. If you're looking for great Asian fusion with excellent service and fresh ingredients, Antai delivers.

Great spot. Good food, attentive service. This will be a 'spot' for us when we're in the area.

One thing that immediately stood out to me is they are called Hokkaido raamen, but dont have Hokkaido raamen (Hokkaido raamen tends to be buttery with seafood.. but there are many variations). The pros: very friendly staff that didnt charge me extra for a sprinkle of cilantro. Clean place and well presented food. The cons: noodles are way too soggy. Good raamen needs to be much firmer. The chashu (por) for the price of the dish should have been the size of my fist, but was more the size of a couple thin slices of Canadian bacon. The temperature was also luke warm. Ramen needs to be hot hot hot (forgivable though because I imagine a lawsuit if it b was served as its supposed to be) Overall: way too over priced for what it is. I would say this is a $7 bowl of raamen. Don't get me wrong... it was tasty... but heavily price gouged. Alas.. this is kind of par for course for raamen stateside. I might go here once or twice a year... its like having a fast food burger that costs 20$.. the burger may be great but the price drains the flavor.

We used to frequent this location all the time. Figured we'd give it one more chance because our go…read moreto Thai place (mai Thai) was closed on Sundays. But immediately the service that the waitress informed us that they do not serve on Sundays, which must be new to us because we have always been here on Sundays and been able to do cocktails not only that the food was not the best not as fresh at all. Also, the waitress seemed to be very forgetful, even though we were literally one of four tables, it was 3 PM totally not busy at all. She must be too busy with her personal life or on her phone in the back room to attend and do her job properly. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I will never be coming here again. The owner or manager should really be more present and attentive as to how the servers speak to and communicate to PAYING customers. PAYING customers are literally how we fund your business! Don't forget that. RAY was our servers name. She was sweet enough but absolutely should NOT be a waitress or server anywhere. She really needs to look for a job that she's more qualified for. I was a server and bartender for over 10 years. It is really not that hard to get things right especially when you have four tables to attend to and that's it. This is the last straw. I told everyone in the restaurant never come back here sorry that I made a scene, but I highly recommend going to konnichiwa up the street. I promise you if this place does not reply or change it's ways I will recommend every single person coming in this is to rethink and drive half a mile to konnichiwa which is far better fresher and not frozen or rotted tasting food.
