Both Shelly and Lin-Lin guided us through the menu, answering our questions and giving us thoughtful recommendations for food and drink choices. Our meals were EXQUISITE! My friend had the Chrisnana roll and I had the lunch special of two rolls with onion soup. Both were plated beautifully; we took photos because they were utterly charming! The Chrisnana roll was delicious; the banana was surprising but melded with the savory sushi flavors. My California roll was a perfect blend of crab, avocado and cucumber wrapped in perfectly-cooked rice. And my Sweet Potato roll was mouth-wateringly delectable! But still had to clean things off the bottom of my shoe before getting back in the car. Four - It all tasted the same. Didn't matter if it was pork, chicken, shrimp, etc... just wasn't good food. Five - This is way too expensive for what you receive/tolerate here. It is apparent from the other reviews that people get wowed by the size of the place and the size of the buffet. It is a neat setup. But as consumers, we need to demand better food, because THAT is why you are there. I was told the manager would be there at 1:00pm, but when I called again later, they still were not available. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had an incorrect order or missing items, so I have gotten into the habit of checking our food before leaving.
