I'm normally all for a hidden strip mall gem but this was not it. My partner ordered a spicy roll combo and asked the server if they were spicy/crunchy and she said they all had the panko crunch in the mix. What he got had zero spicy and zero crunchy. The rolls were minuscule, sloppy with a tiny chunk of fish in the middle and nothing else. The yellowtail was super fishy and tough. He didn't even finish his meal. I ordered two special maki and they were both sloppily presented. The server never cleared a single plate from underwhelming appetizer through the meal. She came through regularly with her noisy Rubbermaid cart with peoples' meals on it, even if it was a single plate one-handed carry and the lower shelves of the cart were empty and could have housed dirty dishes. And the pièce de résistance was it was wildly overpriced - perhaps some of the most expensive sushi I have ever had and I have had grocery store sushi that was better.
