From the very first moment, it was clear that she approaches her work not just as a job, but as a calling. The tenderness and respect she showed Danny were extraordinary--every word, every touch, every gesture demonstrated genuine compassion and deep humanity. Christy treated him as a person, not just a patient. She took the time to sit with him, to talk with him, and to honor his dignity in ways that went far beyond expectation. Her patience, warmth, and attentiveness were evident not only in the way she cared for him, but also in the way she supported and comforted his loved ones. Every time Christy walked into the room, she lit it up with her beautiful smile, her cheerful attire, and her infectious positivity. Her happiness and energy brought light and comfort to Danny and to all of us during an incredibly difficult time. You never really understand the feeling of having to place a family member on hospice until you are faced with that decision. It isn't something we should have to choose to go through, but if you have too, I highly recommend Together Hospice. From the very beginning, the staff of Together Hospice has been extremely caring and helpful. They are an amazing group of people who continues to go above and beyond to help my wife and myself. They are outstanding, they care and most of all, with every visit from Janet, Katherine, Pastor Franklin and Julia, not only were they there for my wife, but they take the time to sit and listen to me. If I didn't have them, I honestly do not know how I would be able to handle all this on my own. I don't think anyone could go wrong with choosing their team, every time I needed anything, I needed someone, they were always available. Together Hospice absolutely is the best hospice care anyone could hope for. Our mother is 103 years old now and has been at hospice care for over a year. When my grandma had been diagnosed and put under hospice care we were worried as to what we would do next. Together Hospice Care definitely made it easier for us to work things out. Not only were they there for us by providing all of the equipment and medications my grandma needed, they were very friendly and helped ease our stresses by being there for us at all hours. The staff provides exceptional patient care and are very kind. You can really tell that they care about the patient themselves and that really means a lot to us. It's also comforting to know that they're just a call or text message away. They keep close tabs on the patient and their family members, and their friendly attitude is very welcome in such difficult times. Their pharmacy is also very good considering we were having difficulty getting the doctor's office and our pharmacy to refill some medication and they instead took it upon themselves to bring in the medications that very night and handled the situation for us. Definitely would recommend them! read more

We got the worse news of our lives 8/15/2019. Our rock, our dad has liver cancer. He wanted to fight and keep fighting but just after his 2nd chemo on 1/7/2020, he knew he couldn't do it anymore. My parents doctor recommended Together Hospice Care. We called and they took care of everything. Leslie, Katherine, Julia, Gabby, and everyone at Together Hospice made us feel at ease and like we're family. They got all the equipment, medications and supplies needed to make my dad feel comfortable. They were accessible 24/7 and I mean 24/7. If I could rate 10 stars I would. We wouldn't have ever known what to do if it wasn't for the whole team at Together Hospice. My dad was home where he wanted to be with all his family and at ease and pain free. Bringing in the wonderful staff at Together Hospice the last month of my mother's life was the best decision I could have made. Through an odd set of circumstances, my mom ended up a resident of a care home hundreds of miles from me and the other members of our family. The staff at Together was with her everyday, offering care and comfort, while keeping me updated with phone calls, texts, and photos. As much as my aunt and I tried to be there as often as possible, flying to the San Diego area about once a month, it was Leslie from Together who was with my mom at the end of her life. Knowing that she was not alone, that her passing was honored, and that she was allowed to go with dignity, gives me comfort beyond imagination. The administrative, medical, social work, and volunteer staff at Together gave me and my family a gift we'll never be able to repay. read more

The amazing staff at Together Hospice met us at Sharp Grossmont Hospital when we decided to enroll Mom into Hospice after her Stroke. Their professionalism and courteous manner in which they treated the family was over the top! They took total control of the situation by arranging for the ambulance to take her back to the residential home care where she had been living. Their care continued the next day when I met Dr. Braverton. He came to visit Mom and perform a baseline exam. His staff of caring RN's were truly awesome because they ensured that Mom was comfortable up to the end. Together Hospice Care has been outstanding to help my family deal with my dad's cancer and comfort care. We met Joseph and Leslie on Thursday July 12, 2018. They assured us that they would be alongside us during this brutal journey. We are only three weeks in, but have already witnessed first-hand quality care. My dad had a horrible day about two days in and Leslie came to our home at 1235 am and again at 1000 am to attend to his needs. While the management and team have been great, Janet has set the bar high for other caregivers treating my dad with dignity and respect. I had such an amazing experience today with Sharena and Lucky the horse. I was visiting with my grandmother at Victoria Acute and Sharena and Lucky showed up to brighten everyone's day. It was great to see everyone's expression change as Lucky walked through the convalescent hospital. Its not every day that you get to come across a beautiful pony. My grandmother enjoyed it and was laughing like I hadn't seen her laugh before. It even made my day. Together Hospice was the answer to all our problems when we needed Hospice care for my mother. You will never feel alone. They were with us from the beginning and continue to show how much they care about making their patient as comfortable as they can. Amazingly honest and kindhearted people make up their Staff. I cannot speak more highly of Joseph at Together Hospice. He contacted me and helped me with choosing a hospice facility for a close friend. I have to say that Together Hospice Care did an excellent job at taking care of my father and went above and beyond with their services. The time that i called them they showed up immediately to help out with my father, making sure he was fully taken care up, got what he needed, and was as comfortable as possible.
