The Italian man behind the counter was so adamant that he repairs "designer" shoes all the time. HAA!! He DESTROYED my shoes. BOTH of them! The rubber soles have black spray paint all over, as well as the original red soles. My review is strictly focused on the older Italian man that works on the shoes, not any of the other workers. My beautiful heels now have to be sent to Louboutin to be fixed at an even heftier price tag than before thanks to this mans negligence!!
