He was the most miserable individual I have met in a long time and was fixated with the price of the job even though I was locked in and quite distressed. He gave me the quote from the other side of the door , so I had little choice but to accept it. He said I would need to pay him £200 for the job as he had to drill the handle .it took 5 minutes and he had no interest in the fact that I was upset having been locked in for 4 hours in very hot temperatures and also being quite unwell at the time. This is not the normal kind of service I have experienced from this company in the past , they are usually kind and very helpful. This man had no customer focus only money and seemed to have had a personality bypass ?? Not a good look for the company at all.

If you have a key problem that no one else in London can sort, this is the place to go!…read more The key to the main door of my apartment decided to stop working last week. There was no particular reason why it stopped. The key didn't look broken and no one else was having problems. At first I went to a few local key cutters to see if they could help, but no luck. They directed me to Timpson, a chain of professional shoe repair and duplication. But no luck either. It's a very special security key. Had I known about Barry Bros to begin with, I would have saved so much time going in between lunches to try and fix this issue. They are truly amazing and quick at what they do! I was in there for 10 mins and they made perfect key copies that worked! The downside is that they are more pricy then your local ma & pa shop. But if you have a busy schedule, you'll save time trying other places!
