I have always thought that this seems like a bit of a random place to put a hardware store. The other shops in the street are all kebab shops and cafes, far more suitable for their location outside a major railway terminal. Anyway, for all of its obscurity, Franchi has saved my life, only on one occasion, but for that I give it a huge amount of credit. The store stocks a huge amount of stuff considering how small it looks from the outside, you can buy all sorts of power tools that you never would have thought necessary in central London. read more
