What made things worse was the lack of transparency. The pricing wasn't clearly explained upfront, and by the time I got my vehicle back, the total was far higher than expected. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Situations like this are already stressful, and instead of helping, this company made it even more frustrating. There needs to be more honesty and fairness when it comes to pricing and customer communication. I would strongly recommend looking into other towing options before using this company.

Jerry and I explained what I needed, he assessed my problem and advised that I needed an new bracket which lifts the snug top up! I told Jerry please replace both brackets. He had them in inventory so I ok'd the work, enter technician Charlie who now had the brackets in hand and walked to my vehicle in the work bay. Technician explained the work he was about to do and kept me updated about process which took about 30 minutes. Today I received 5 Star Service from Off. Mgr. Jerry and Techn. Charlie !
