I had a Ruger SR9C 9mm Luger which was the used, had around 150 rounds through it. A Mossberg Tactical 12/GA and a DB/AR15 brand new never fired! Sent every detail including pics the ones below. For a person to be in need of fast cash in a situation where he would even consider selling to a shop an not privately I'm positive that they understand that they have the upper hand and do the best they can to give you the lowest possible! Again I understand the business they have to make a profit too but to offer someone 1/4 of what the actual value is, is completely screwed up I sent the details and these pictures was offered $1000 based on what she said looking at the pictures nothing about the details of them attachments the fact that two were brand new! Well good news is that I waited just a couple more days an did sell privately even at very discounted prices I made $1000 of just the AR alone! Long story short if you sell to this company they will screw you out of as much as possible!

The person who helped us(my girlfriend and I), is amazing. He's a shooting coach, though his name escapes me. We're first time gun-buyers and he did a phenomenal job of explaining things in a way that an idiot could understand it, while not at all insulting our intelligence. He knew perfectly when to engage my girlfriend and he was able to understand in 2 seconds that we were getting the gun because I wanted it, but we were going to get the gun that she was comfortable with, and made sure to spend the right amount of time interacting with her and making sure she felt comfortable with everything he was explaining. Also, they have a pretty great selection. I came in there with 5 options I wanted to walk out with, and to my surprise they had 3 of the 5. We didn't end up going with any of them, though, because it turns out none of them were good fits for the lady-friend. 10/10. Emails often went unanswered, and it was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. When you're purchasing a high-end firearm, clear and timely communication should be a priority. I placed a very expensive firearm on layaway, but encountered several issues throughout the process just because I paid with different cards to spread the cost. I am currently still waiting for the refund to be processed. I'm not questioning the products they sell, but the customer service and communication fell well below my expectations for a transaction of this value. I sincerely hope they improve their responsiveness and make the process easier for future customers.
