I found other bidders ran some of the prices up to beyond the value of the item. I wasn't willing to overpay for anything, so I didn't buy much. I was disappointed when the auctioneer added items to the one box I was determined to get. It caused more people to bid, and I paid for items that weren't part of the lot and now just take up space in my garage until I determine what to do with them. The fees are costly so keep them in mind when you are bidding. They give a discount on fees when you pay with cash or check, but if you have a coupon that they occasionally distribute, the fee goes back up to the CC rate before that is given. A highlight is the food truck that hangs out in back. The deals there are awesome!

When I was dealing with trying to sell my parents home I didn't know how I was going to tackle a house that had 60+ years of accumulation in it. John and his workers came in and packed everything, and had it all gone in less than 3 days.. It would have taken me literally months! The thing that really won me over is the detailed list of every single item he sold for me, and what it sold for. My parents had some very valuable coins and jewelry that I didn't even know existed... It would have been very easy for him to take advantage of me but thankfully they are honest people. 100% recommend John and his wife Leah at the Top Bid Auction in Pueblo!
