I recently was talking to "olde time antiques" facebook page. I asked them if they were interested…read morein some old records. On facebook, the reply came and said, "Sure, come on down and we will take a look at them." A couple days later, I took the records down to the antique store. When I brought them in, I was told, "We aren't interested in records." I said, "The person running your Facebook profile said that you would take them and to bring them in." He then responded, "It wasn't me. We have five people who work here. I know I didn't tell you to bring them in" I then asked, "Why was I told on your facebook page that you would take them if you weren't going to?" he answered, "I didn't say I would take them. I don't run the Facebook page. We are not interested in buying the records." This is so frustrating. This is the third business I am told to come down with stuff they are interested in and getting there and being told they are not taking them. The worst part was that he didn't even go looking or asking to see who said that and he never apologized for the miscommunication. Very poor customer service. Never going there again.

She then combed through the back and found lighting that we loved. She had an excellent price for it as well. My advice is if you go in here be sure to explain what you are looking for because they have plenty more that they can order online or if you're really lucky like us they can find it for you from the back of the store. I do also want to add that I sent my mother in law over there recently. She was not looking for lighting--she had a lamp that needed to be fixed. So she stopped in with it to see if they even did something like that and the gentleman, she believed him to be the owner, was able to fix it for her. His price? $15. She was thrilled. She had spent a pretty penny on this lamp that got broke during her move so to have it fixed and for such a deal made her day. Thank you Pueblo Lighting.
