However, I bought a nice classic car for a tidy sum from one of the brothers and the engine was supposed to have been rebuilt around 100 miles prior to me buying the car. When I asked for receipts, he didn't have any. I test drove it and it ended up with a severe oil leak from the timing chain cover. Once he fixed the oil leak I test drove it again and bought it. On my way home to Florence, it started running really rough and I nursed it to my garage and let him know what happened. I ruled out all the easy stuff and found out it had tapered plugs instead of the old school flat washer plugs then I decided to check compression and cyl-4 didn't have any. On 3 separate conversations he said I could bring it back and he'd refund the money. Stand-up guy, right? I thought so too. Then when I was ready to trailer it back, he went back on his word. Needless to say, if he is a reflection of the companies integrity then they're integrity is in question and I would be very careful. He talked a good game but went back on his word. Eventually he offered a little money to have the engine rebuilt again which I accepted. Too little, too late.

Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. The floor looks as good today as it did a year ago when I meant to write this review.

The install crew, led by Corey did a wonderful job both with the carpet and the luxury vinyl planking. I ordered a new vacuum and used it for the first time a few days after the professional cleaning and this is what came up- a full canister in a single room.. I don't feel this is right. I get some dirt may be loosened from cleaning but this is way too much to say the job was actually done effectively. $225 for our services. He measured the carpet wrong, had the installers come on the wrong date, and would NEVER communicate. I never received any paperwork i.e., receipts, warranty's, etc..
