If I could, give them 0 stars. Horrible and rude customer service. Horrible experience with them. Been scheduled with them for warranty work with Costco/whirlpool. Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. We were told be Whirlpool to call this company to fix our refrigerator. They sent Russ to fix it. Russ was rude with the personality of a dashboard. After wiggling a few hoses, he did nothing to fix the problem. We called the company back and they have done nothing but argue that Russ is busy. I do not recommend this joke of a company. We have used Broadway appliance for repairs and have been pleased. I needed a new dishwasher but they didn't have the color I needed. They ordered one for me and delivered and installed. Leaked the first time I used it. Russ returned and found the factory problem right away and fixed it. I would recommend this company! read more

Twice now they've said they would come by and repair my stove at a specific time and haven't. I took a day off work to wait for them, and they never showed up. The second time I installed a doorbell and they claimed they knocked and nobody answered, which is a blatant lie. read more

I used them to fix a GE refrigerator that was very noisy and not cooling. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The bill was reasonable. I will definitely use them again. read more

Kitchen Aid set up a service appointment with this company for an I'm-warranty repair to our dishwasher. Waited four hours for the technician, but he/she never showed up. Never a phone call either. Called Kitchen Aid to make sure I had correct date and time. They said the service call was cancelled, didn't know by who, or why. read more

I purchased a used washer and dryer from Broadway in October. All of a sudden, in January, the flood gates opened. I called for them to come repair it and I hoped it wouldn't cost too much. When they arrived they told me my warranty was expired by one week but they wouldn't charge me to fix it. Never have I had such a wonderful experience. They repaired my washer and didn't even charge me. I highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

I am very disappointed in the service we received from Broadway appliance. We initially called Broadway due an error code we were receiving on our dishwasher that indicated, according to the manual, a leak. The dishwasher at the time, wasn't leaking but had completely stopped working even after it had been unplugged and plugged back in. They came out and couldn't identify any leak or issues with the dishwasher. The dishwasher did start for them. Two days later we had a large puddle of water on our hardwood floors by the dishwasher. They came out again and couldn't identify where the leak was coming from. We used the dishwasher that night and had again a large puddle of water. My husband was able to identify that the leak was coming from the hose that drains the water. The hose was cracked. Called Broadway back and let them know WE discovered where the leak was coming from. They ordered another hose. Two weeks later they came out and installed the new hose. Thinking we finally resolved this nightmare, we tried the dishwasher right away. Once again we had water on our hardwood floors. I called Broadway right away to have the repairman to come back. He couldn't come back that day but could on Monday. I asked to have him call me ASAP because this has been going on way to long and needed resolved. I never received a call back. It turned out the repairman didn't clasp the hose appropriately. My husband finished his job. No more leaks, just a warped hardwood floor. :( read more
