Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

I have dozens of Kitchen Aid appliances in my properties and when one of their refrigerators that still had a partial warranty failed, Kitchen Aid recommended D-3. Good, professional appliance repair companies are hard to find and I expected one referred by the manufacturer to be stellar. They were not and in my opinion behaved with the intent of misleading their clients to take their money. They charged $158.00 to come out and diagnose the issue. This was suppose to determine the problem and required $535.00 up front to replace the part needed. I can replace the refrigerator for $1200 and was clear in my decision to work with them that it would be fixed. They backed their diagnosis by reiterating there guaranteed fix. The refrigerator failed again two days after their work. My renter had been without a fully functional refrigerator for over three weeks. I told the technician that I cannot allow my renter to be without a refrigerator any longer and needed to purchase another. I told him that I wanted my money back. He told me to contact his service manager to discuss the issue. I have spoke with the office of the service manager five times in the past 28 days asking to discuss this issue. Each time I was insured that he would call me back but it never happened. I have contacted my credit card company to deny the $535.00 charge. Seriously, this company cares nothing about it's customers nor does Kitchen Aid for recommending them. No more Kitchen Aid, too bad they use to be the best mid range appliance manufacturer.

The dad works at the shop and he's not very polite , he doesn't care if you patronize his business or not. When he gets to my house 12 hours later, I had missed a whole work day, waiting, no calls, or updates. I'm the one calling them. The so. Finally shows up near bed time and lets me know my dryer isn't worth fixing. So I tell him I'm going to see what he has at the shop, but I decided not to purchase and they wanted 75 for the service charge that took him literally two days and me calling and bugging . I did not want to pay that much bring they cost me so much work time from my schedule as well so that was that . They were upset with me and I was just as upset.

Second the clueless electrician spent the first hour (their minimum billing time) wondering all over my home checking every outlet trying to find some mysterious GFI that just had to be the issue. Eventually he leaves (to pick up another electrician who knows what he is doing to some extent as well as a suitable ladder). The other electrician fixes the outlet and they poorly hang the fixture before being asked to leave after another hour as to not a waste anymore time or money. $160 for one hour of actual work. Never ever again will I do business with this company and recommend others not to as well.
