My confirmable transaction with them produced a set of issues. When this occurred I checked around and learned that some others have had difficulty dealing with this company already, new as it is. Some of the reputation issues seem to come from the founder's background. There are a lot of sources around, perhaps better to look elsewhere. If you do choose to do business with them, ensure your paperwork is in good order and know your rights.

It had a few marks so they sent out a craftsman who quickly refinished them. Recently, I bought a lift chair and their delivery people set it up for me. Later, it needed to be reposition so Gina sent out two workers who corrected it. While they were here I also had them move the control until I was happy with the new setup. I did appreciate the service after the sale. I highly recommend this business.

He took his valuable time to not only prioritize us in our emergency, but explain the issue to us, and also spent a lot of time calling around for the needed part. He got me a quote within about 5-7 days of course the price for the repairs I couldn't beat! The knowledge and knowing he was going to fix it correctly the first time (and tune it some as it has never been tuned with over 500 miles on it) was something I was willing to pay and expert to do. And it's exactly what I needed. He was so kind and willing and helpful to answer questions I had but mainly we just talked as I am quite comfortable with bikes and motorcycles I just needed that confirmation that the frame was indeed sound and that the parts that needed to be replaced were down correctly. Vance reminds me of my brother very old school yet thorough with his work and doesn't nickel and dime you just cause. I paid a very fair price for his experience/time and his keen eye I feel safe back on my bike and have tuned up brakes to boot! I am not sure what the problem is in the 7 plus year ago comments probably had a bad apple working in their shop and it bled over into the reviews. But my take on him and his lovely wife is A++++ shop! Also- I think a lot of people are in such a hurry for their things to be done. I just sent it over and got out of his way- when I got a call I got a call. I never called or dogged him for an eta I let him do his work on his time. I think people get into that "when's my stuff done" mentality and that's when you get a tough time working with folks. I always approach things with catching more flies with honey! He's has one cool little shop and even a cool mini lift for his bikes which I thought was soooo cool! He's got it down to a science to make his job easier and I love that for them!
