Bike Came apart during riding Just purchased 2 days ago…read more Rode it a few miles and noticed a head shake in the handlebars, wasn't sure what the issue was. Upon normal riding conditions the front wheel buckeled to the side with the handle bars being strait. This obviously through me from the bike. Always have a bike inspected from a pro bike shop! Ethan ran me through how to use the bike and I was off. About an hour in i crashed and damaged the bike but Ethan brought a new one to me in about 30 minutes. He wasn't upset and we took care of the damages later. I had such a great time I decided I was going to buy one. Thankfully Rocke/Ethan also sell Ebike's. I was able test 3 different Ebike's I was interested in and bought one that day. Ethan makes the experience very relaxed and I never once felt any pressure to purchase anything. It's day 2 of having my snapcycle bike and I've got 53 miles on it. It's working great and I'm super happy with the purchase.

These guys earned my business!…read more I bought a Polaris General from Pike's Peak Polaris because they offered me the best price. Living 2 hours from any Polaris dealer means a minimum of a half day spent if I need service. Since owning the machine Polaris has put out several service bulletins. The dealer I bought from wanted to inspect the machine first before ordering parts meaning I either had to make multiple trips or leave it there for 1-2 weeks and I use the thing every day for work around the ranch. I explained this to the owner who I bought from and he was pretty indifferent I called RMCP service department, they were super friendly even though I didn't buy the General from them. They researched my VIN and were happy to order in the parts in advance then schedule me so I could drop it off and they would do the work immediately. That was in the winter when they obviously weren't busy with motorcycles. Its now May and there is another service bulletin that I want to get addressed. Same great service... I just called them up, they looked up my VIN and ordered the parts and will schedule the service while I wait. You can't ask for anything more from a service department. Great work Frank and Nate!

The store was very run down and looked to be a cover up for something else I recommend staying far away from here your better off going to the springs for better service and customer service. They don't deserve the one star I gave them

We took the Phantom Canyon Bike tour with Jim and Spenser. It was the best experience in every way…read morepossible. The canyon was beautiful! We visited during the 4th of July weekend, and it was pretty hot during the day but we were lucky to find really pleasant weather up in the Canyon. Jim and Spence drove us 14 miles uphill and we biked downhill all 14 miles. It was not tiring at all, the bikes were awesome and we would stop every now and then for pictures and water and cookies every once in a while. Jim even brought a drone and clicked pictures and videos for us! Both Jim and Spence made us feel very comfortable and were extremely friendly. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely go back to Lost Paddle for more activities - rafting and shelf bike tour.
