He took his valuable time to not only prioritize us in our emergency, but explain the issue to us, and also spent a lot of time calling around for the needed part. Unfortunately, our particular issue could not be solved in time to meet our travel plans, but we were very pleased that Yelp sent us to Vance's shop! His truthfulness regarding our issue and integrity regarding charge and followup were excellent. Best customer service I have ever experienced in 40 years of cycling. Ken and Rhonda A.

He got me a quote within about 5-7 days of course the price for the repairs I couldn't beat! The knowledge and knowing he was going to fix it correctly the first time (and tune it some as it has never been tuned with over 500 miles on it) was something I was willing to pay and expert to do. And it's exactly what I needed. He was so kind and willing and helpful to answer questions I had but mainly we just talked as I am quite comfortable with bikes and motorcycles I just needed that confirmation that the frame was indeed sound and that the parts that needed to be replaced were down correctly. Vance reminds me of my brother very old school yet thorough with his work and doesn't nickel and dime you just cause. I paid a very fair price for his experience/time and his keen eye I feel safe back on my bike and have tuned up brakes to boot! I am not sure what the problem is in the 7 plus year ago comments probably had a bad apple working in their shop and it bled over into the reviews. But my take on him and his lovely wife is A++++ shop! Also- I think a lot of people are in such a hurry for their things to be done. I just sent it over and got out of his way- when I got a call I got a call. I never called or dogged him for an eta I let him do his work on his time. I think people get into that "when's my stuff done" mentality and that's when you get a tough time working with folks. I always approach things with catching more flies with honey! He's has one cool little shop and even a cool mini lift for his bikes which I thought was soooo cool! He's got it down to a science to make his job easier and I love that for them! Great job sir thanks again! -Terralyn Phillips Zenterra Massage

It had a few marks so they sent out a craftsman who quickly refinished them. Recently, I bought a lift chair and their delivery people set it up for me. I did appreciate the service after the sale. I highly recommend this business.

Robert did a fantastic job presenting us with our options, getting us realistic timetables for the order to arrive, and taking great notes for each room. He was a pleasure to work with and I gained great confidence based on those interactions. After measurements, he gave us great options to meet our needs and worked with us on scheduling the project. The install crew, led by Corey did a wonderful job both with the carpet and the luxury vinyl planking. Corey was very communicative throughout the project, and his crew was professional and (clearly) a great bunch of guys. I can't say enough positive words about the entire experience - I told them, "I hope I don't have to see you for a while, but if I do need carpet work, I will not hesitate to contact CCW."
