I recently had a cleaning and examination appointment. The hygienist was new and Alicia did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She was very professional and methodical in her care. Doctor Israel did the examination, and she is very thorough, professional, gentle and explains exactly what she is doing. She noted several teeth she has on a watch list due to very old fillings, probably done before she was born. I have never had a bad experience at this dental facility. The receptionist was new, but Mary was there and she has always been congenial and easy to talk with about appointments and billing. I highly recommend this dental office.

Secondly, payment was due at the time of service, which was not explained to me prior to my appointment. The Treatment Plan Presentation I was given said nothing of the sort on it, so I expected to be billed. A bit hard to explain that when your mouth is half numb. My previous dentist had a bite block to hold my mouth open during treatment so I could relax my jaw...this dentist had nothing of the sort. And the claims to use State of the Art dental procedures left much to be desired. Needless to say my search for a dentist continues.

My experience at Seattle hill was not only disrespectful but also inappropriate on all possible…read morelevels. It first started when I walked in the building looks updated although when you get to the small things the office was dirty around the seating and had a strange smell the whole time similar to cat piss. The employee at the front desk was as expected average just there to get paid so not overly great nor bad. The real issue started when I got in the chair they didn't make me feel extremely welcome which is something that didn't really matter but still took notes of it. When the work started it was a simple filling but the dental assistant couldn't operate the drill properly causing slip ups and resulting in my whole mouth to be in immense pain. After the brutal filling the dentist came over to inspect. The dentist began by checking the word said it seemed to be good but then proceeded to stick his fingers and at one point full fist down my throat I began to gag and was having trouble breathing this continued for several minutes it was extremly painful as well as traumatizing. Honestly I'm not surprised by this experience since I've tried to have the same cavity filled there 3 times but they never seem to listen when I explain there filling always comes out. They have terrible service they don't like to listen to feedback and they are inappropriate and inadequate to operate dental equipment and run simple procedures. I will not be making a return ever again this place is terrible only go if you like to be in pain and be treated like a scumbag.
