We bought vinyl fencing from this company with no issues other than their prices were a little…read morehigher than other companies, but they did have the color that we wanted. We were happy. A few days later after building our fence we needed more slats to go into a metal gate we had custom built. Went back and they charged us 3 x times more for the slats that we had just bought??? We bought them because we wanted to have the exact same vinyl slats. I did feel they knew that and price gouged us. After we arrived home we found they gave us 4 of a different type of vinyl slats. ( similar in color to what we had previously bought except the TG was rounded) pics attached. We had paid more to get the same exact slats so we took them back to exchange. The guys that worked there would not exchange them they said they were exactly the same even though we showed them they were rounded while ours were square, so the different ones we a little off in color and the spaces between were larger because of the rounded edges ( we took a piece of the first slats we bought for comparison. We asked for a manager. Because they were all Armenian we did not understand what they were saying, but then 2 other guys came over and said they were exactly the same. What? How? you can clearly see they were not. They were similar but not the same. ( now it doesn't matter to me they were Armenian cause every race religion etc is great. I'm mixed myself. I only mentioned it because we couldn't understand what they were saying to each other before they came over to tell us they were the same. I feel he was telling them to say it was the same. But I digress I didn't understand what he really said.) We did not want to leave without the correct slats and kept telling them we paid more just to get the same slats we already bought from them. We were finally able to get the correct ones when we mentioned it was only 4 pcs. Hallelujah!! Thank you. Finally. I do worry for people that this may happen to if they give you more than a few wrong pcs so I am advising you check each one if ordering from this company. I also want to mention we had previously requested a quote from this company to install the gate But one day they gave us a quote and when we called back a week later to set up the install they quoted us $2000 MORE than the previous quote. The quote went from $5400 to ?7340. When asked why? their response was that's their price???? This was for just a 20 ft fence. Anywho, we're all free to have a company do work or not and we decided to go with another company. But thought this was also worth mentioning. I am writing this review to advise people who are looking into this company to do vinyl fencing, be careful and do your due diligence. Their sales practice is not on the up and up. I hope the owners of the company read this and fix things with their employees.

Again called them up and talked to GREG the rude guy and explained the extra problems we found and he Black mailed me to change my review or they will not come over and fix all problems the install team created, Total Pirates in the fence business, Who does that to customers? Zero customer service quality. Wiil have ALL COUNTIES FENCE fix all the problems and mistakes, they do a much better quality of Fence and Service. They are better priced also.

In mid-April, I contacted 6 metal fabricators requesting a custom iron double gate to replace a…read more20-year-old dilapidated wooden gate. JRC's Jesse promptly arrived, carefully measured the space, and took many notes on my design. JRC's final estimate was very detailed, and the cost was exactly what I had expected between the other estimates I'd received. I put down 50%, and Jesse said it should take 4-6 weeks. Everything was going well until I realized it was the beginning of June and I hadn't heard from Jesse in 8 weeks. After my calls went unreturned, I emailed JRC's Director of Operations, Stephanie, who replied, "Jesse said he and one of our welders are working on your order, and you can expect completion in about a week. By Monday, we should have a better scope of exact install dates." After still not hearing from Jesse by the end of June, I reached out to Stephanie again for an update, who reported, "Our welder said he expects himself to be done tomorrow. We will be sending it to be powder coated, which just takes a day or 2." Another 3 weeks later in mid-July, with no installation date scheduled, I got a last-minute call explaining that they just had a cancellation and that they could install it today if I was available. Arnie arrived within the spontaneously scheduled window and got right to work installing the gate and meticulously making sure it was exactly right. He even hauled away the heavy old gate, which was very much appreciated. In the end, I'm very happy with the final build and installation, but JRC's communication leaves much room for improvement. I'd reached out to Jesse on a few occasions, and it took weeks to get a single response. A simple message that things were moving slower than expected or that it was going to take 12 weeks instead of 4-6 would have gone a long way. Also, having an actual installation date versus a last-minute cancellation that I could fill for them would have improved the overall process. Thankfully, Arnie left a very strong and professional last impression, as did Stephanie for her prompt and repeated replies. I only wish I didn't have to manage the project after all the missed milestones and awkward radio silences.
