If I could give it zero stars, I would. Bought a vape here yesterday and it worked fine for a few hours, then it started to misfire. I can taste the juice burning and the battery won't stay charged properly. When I showed an employee the defective vape, he told me that's how it was supposed to work and that as long as it hit that was fine. They've now lost a consistent customer all because the man wanted to scam people. Pathetic read more

The clerk was rude & non personable. First you have to find the guy hidden in the back. No salesman skills. Was gonna purchase a few things. I walked out and will give my business to another shop. read more

My first time in this place, the hours are supposed to be 9am - 9pm, and immediately after walking in at 7:58pm on a Monday night the guy working here, who i assume is the owner told me to, "hurry up, i have to close!" All i needed was a 3 pack of cones, i wasn't trying to buy the whole store. Needless to say that i will never be returning to this dump, and will never spend another dime with this rude clown. read more

Zero stars. I went to buy some vapes. The owner there showed me where the vapes were and opened the glass. I began to look at all of them and about 1 minute after I began to.read through all the ones he had, straight up told me, "I was to close". It was 830pm, the shop says it closed at 9pm. I rushed through and just chose whichever one I looked at next. I couldn't believe he straight up told me to hurry (even if it was barely a min) when I still had 30 minutes before he closed. This place is terrible! Unwelcoming and rude. I highly recommend everyone to pass this shop up and drive a mile more over the freeway to the other side of Sierra to any of those smoke shops for better service and quality products. I will never return and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. read more

The Vape started leaking the third day, The guy refused to replace and said he'll only replace it if it starts leaking the first day! Vape was at 2/4's (half way) when it started leaking! He's a liar and a cheat! Go some place else! read more

Don't waste your money and time here. As of lately, the products have been faulty or not tasting right (vape products) even when you bring up the problem they don't do anything to help or refund your money. I don't know if it's new management or employees But they lost their credibility read more

Literally bought a glass bong 2 weeks ago. Both the downstem and bowl piece broke. First the bowl piece and this week the downstem cracked. Idk what kinda cheap glass they're selling but I'm no longer a patron. Plus they even sold us a dab banger that melted cause of heat...like what ?? Cheap cheap glass read more

The guy working there is a total.... He got upset at me for requesting a product he didn't have in stock. SMH. Not coming back.

I am updating. My previous review after returning because it's close! I am happy to report customer service has been improved!! thank you for listening to your customers we appreciate it so much I will be back!!! used to love this place and come in here very frequently for my son at least once a week and spend quite a bit of money with the old employee he was super nice and always honest. There's a new guy that works here and he's not much for customer service. Older rude guy! Since I am a no smoker and only come in for my son... customer service is super important since I'm not into your product! I'm looking for new place to get my son read more

Been coming here for years and always easy quick help! Tons of cool stuff I've copped over the time but the best thinG is my boy Mike!! Always smiling and always letting me know what's good just copped a sick piece and it was only 10 bucks and the 2nd one 5! Highly recommended if your near by!! read more

Came in to scope it out before I create A Yelp spot for it . this store has everything I imagen a smoker would want and I mean any type of smoker. This store is really nice and put together pretty intresting hooka's and pipes, cigars....etc if you catch my drift! read more

Don't come back here. It's sketchy as fuck. A Bang disposal that can do 5000 puffs but only lasted me a day? For $30 no thank you. I've had 5000 puffs and it lasted me nearly a week. Asked him what vapes have good reviews and he said "people don't leave review on vapes, they just buy and don't complain". Legit stay away they rip people off so you can keep coming back and spend more money by false advertisement. Look at anything you buy before you buy it and check how much it's worth online before you buy it from here. Just avoid at all costs. read more

customer service is dog shit, how hard is it just to get sum papers or sum wraps?? definitely not coming back‍

Nice shop, okay prices, terrible customer service so beware. Told me they don't sell the item I came in to exchange but they have it in stock on display shelf. Will be taking my business else where from now on. read more

Great place to go if you want expired Hookah Tobacco. Don't waste your time. I won't go back.

This place is bullshit . Both the guys are rude . There items never last or they usually break . NEVER use your debit card there because if something goes wrong you won't be getting your money back read more

Bad service also i think they sell fake Marlboro cigrets because they always open the cartten box and if you try and ask why they get mad they are rude and tell u this is my business i don't trust them and would not buy from them again read more

2 stars because they have a lot of inventory for a small store , but horrible customer service . Employee couldn't communicate with me or didn't understand me prices are decent . Nice store just wish they were friendlier like USA smoke and gift shop read more

I have tried to be friendly with this guy many times. May be he is just a shy dude or may be there is a good man hiding behind of the rude and unfriendly shell. May be English is not his first language. I suspected that he's an Indian, Armenian or a Persian or something. There could be a bunch of reasons some immigrants seems grouchy and jerkish... Nope. He is just simply an A-hole. He doesn't give a crap about customers, if you ask him a question, be ready to get yelled at. There are E-cigs in the counter display so I asked "What flavors are popular ones?" He said "How am I supposed to know!?" When I asked "Do you have vanilla?" He said "Can't you see in there!!!???" Like it's my fault that the displays aren't organized and is cluttered. First, not knowing your products is a bad business practice, Period. Second, why don't you display better so that we don't have to talk to you. Do you think we want to chit chat with you knowing how we get treated? Hell NO! You can buy a bag of rice because we buy something from you. What is wrong with you? Not smiling, I don't care. Don't want to interact, No biggie. But your attitude towards customers is NOT ACCEPTABLE. When I paid at the counter, he SOMETIMES says "Thank you" but every time he says that, I am like "Yeah right" I know he doesn't mean it at all. "Pay the frickin' money and get the heck out of my store" All over your face!!!! There is a younger guy there sometimes, He's 1000 times nicer and he's actually polite. He speaks English too. Keep the young guy and Get the little old guy out of the store. He is not good for the business. If this rude and old ass douche bag is the store owner, I totally hope everyone boycott the store. Can you imagine there is a retail store in our neighborhood that just take your money and give you a middle finger right after that? You gave immigrants a bad name!!!!!! read more

This place used to be my go to place considering they had the lowest prices on backwoods. There were a few occasions where I would go and they would charge me a large debit fee. That was strike one. Strike two was the younger male who seems to manage the store always gave me attitude and wanted To argue when It came to me feeling to see if they were stale. strike three came when I bought a pack of backwoods and as I was walking out the door realized they were stale. I walked back to the counter to exchange them and the younger manager said "sorry we don't do exchanges on purchases" I got extremely pissed considering I haven't even walked out of the store yet! He decided to take the other pack back and proceeded to charge me half price for a pack!! Even though I just paid him full price for the stale pack! Then proceeds to say"you should have checked them before you left, that's not my problem" Never again will I come here! I used to be a daily customer and no longer will be! The rudeness in customer service is unreal! This isn't the first time I've had a bad run in at this place and is upsetting that the situation was never resolved. Don't get me wrong I took the second pack but he did NOT want me too. read more

First of all.... i come in here all the time and so this time i bought a scale that did not work. I tried to take it back the next day the other dude that work there wouldnt let me exchange it he told me come back tomorrow... i came back tomorrow like he said still the other man who sold the scale to me wasnt in... so i tried two more times, two different days and finally caught up with him to find out, he didnt wanna refund my money or just exchange it 4 a new one. So i left it on the counter and told him thanks for wasting my 25$ after finally catching up with him... moral of da story ill never spend another buck here again. Just a heads up! Hope my 25$ goes a long way. read more

Horrible. The younger guy who use to work here was cool with me and would give me exchanges. Now that the older guy works here, he sold me a BROKEN bong. Literally went back in 5 minutes after I purchased to get an exchange and he said he couldn't do anything for me!! I paid almost $100. He said he would give me half off on something else!! Still trying to steal my money! I ask to speak to the owner and he says he's not available then I said to call the owner and then he claims he is the owner now?!? Horrible horrible horrible!! I tell all my friends not to go here anymore. This was a dope ass smoke shop now it's junk! read more
