Not dusty and dirty like lots of others. The vape selection. Is quite good. Very solid selection of disposable vapes.. decent selection of juices- both free base and salt nic. I've had my fair share of dealing with shop owners who sell fake/counterfeit product (do NOT buy if you've not scanned the code at purchase. I've made the mistake of being too trusty/too much in a haste and I pay for it. This place has sold legitimate product to me every single time I've been in. Check out the attached pic (it was me checking the number the one time), bought a Lost Mary disposable- aside from the great flavor of it, Lost Mary's own site confirmed its authenticity. I tried to buy a lighter with no price tag. Lo and behold, it wasn't in their system. So the store's inventory and pricing are broken. Fair enough, mistakes happen. But here's where it went wrong: the employee, citing the late hour, couldn't get a supervisor to help. His solution? Guess a price. When I noted these are $4-$5 elsewhere, he wouldn't budge from $6, claiming "that's what his brain told him." The real issue: Why am I paying for their store's operational failure? The lack of a tag and a system entry is their problem. The inability to escalate it is their problem. The employee should have erred on the side of the customer, not arbitrarily pick a higher number. If the true price was $4, I was overcharged by 50% due to no fault of my own. This felt less like a transaction and more like being taken advantage of. It is not the dollar difference which is petty but the principle of it. Probably not coming back here.

I'd rather discuss issues with the business directly. In this case, this review is a warning DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS. They will put profits above the safety of their customers. A few days ago (January 10th 2025) I bought some mushroom gummies from Exotic Smoke as gifts for friends. The gummies were marked half off so it seemed like a good deal. I did not know that the company that made the gummies shut down and the gummies were recalled in October 2024 for making people sick with several hospitalizations associated with them (https://www.cdc.gov/environmental-health-studies/outbreak-investigation-diamond-shruumz-products/index.html). Luckily for me, before anyone took any, one of my friends checked the QR code on the back of the bag and saw that it linked to a dead webpage (http://diamondshruumz.com). When they googled the company name they learned about the recall in the link above. Selling these potentially dangerous gummies at half off is despicable, but the fact that it rang up as "custom item" on the receipt is evidence that they knew full well what they were doing by leaving that wiggle room of plausible deniability. The recall had been issued for at least two and a half months - this product should have been pulled from the shelves and tossed in the trash so NO ONE was put at risk. You should be able to trust the shops you buy from not to KNOWINGLY sell you tainted product. There are tons of other stores in town - shop somewhere that doesn't put profit ahead of your safety. If you MUST shop at Exotic Smoke, RESEARCH THE PRODUCT before giving them any money.

The staff are all super friendly and they have a solid supply of goodies here. Build up your points and you can have access to some of the more rare bourbons and liquors -- everything is very reasonably priced. I've purchased a few rare whiskeys here and am grateful for the relationship with the folks who work here. Wine, liquor, beer, seltzers, they have it all.
