I got there and told the…read moreemployee I had left a new review yesterday thru their app, which said I would get 50 points for that, a year ago I also left a review and never got the 50 points, employee Melanie called whom she said was the owner, and he first said there was no such thing on the app, then when she looked it up her self and saw it, he thanked changed his story saying it takes 10 business days to show up, I asked him so how come with my other review I still never got the 50 points, he than said there's nothing we can do, we r not able to change or add points. Which is another lie bcuz many times I've been there, employees had forgotten to add my points and than did it right there. I said to him I've been coming to this store for over ten yrs and never had a problem. Also they have a program at this store that asks u to put your phone number and try your luck, well in over ten yrs, it never happened, and none of my friends also never got chosen, so it's just another lie to keep ppl coming. He also decided to not care if u have been a faithful cust even going out of your way with plenty of stores by me, but always choosing to buy there.now the new employee who's been there 3 mos, decided to be very rude to me saying either buy ur stuff and leave, or just leave the store. Even though I was not directing my disappointment at her, she took his lies, and I was the one treat like shit. Well my friends as an over 10 yrs cust I advise u to not go to this store, cause the owner will lie right to your face and worse treat really bad even when u tell him you've been a faithful cust for yrs. Bcuz of me over 65 friends of mine use that store, which I have sent a group email letting them know to use another store.. I also met ppl at the store who knew nothing about Kratom and I put upon myself to educate them and they left there with the product, I did it just over the fact I thought the store deserve it. But never again will I step foot at a SmokeBucks on 9475 Phillips hwy, I will ask at other stores if the owner is a different one and also advise all my friends. I've made the mistake of being too trusty/too much in a haste and I pay for it. This place has sold legitimate product to me every single time I've been in.
