Local shop - Gotta represent and support! Located on Southside Blvd in a plaza. The shop caters to the locals and also provides a "hangout spot" if you will. They have many, MANY different items here - they're basically stocked up.Very large collections of mods and tanks. They have a menu that contains ~500 types of juices. Overwhelmed? Ask the staff, very knowledgable and will be able to help you find the juice of your liking. Or, if you're new to vaping, they will gladly teach you the ins and outs of the devices. They allow you to sample the juices as well, however, you do have to pay $1 to sample 10 different juices, but the $1 gets credited towards your purchase. They also have a loyalty program where you obtain points to use towards a discount. Or, if you refer a new customer over to them, you will also earn rewards! read more

I am very impressed. I got two bottles of my all time favorite juice (sweet nothings) and got home and realized one of them was a Zero Nic, when I had asked for a 3mg, it happens at all vape stores, all the bottles look the same, I get it. I called the store and the employee did some investigating and found the issue and got permission to swap the bottle out for me. I got a call back a little later saying they will leave a note with the right product there waiting for me. This is great customer service, in a world that has lost the concept of what that means, it is certainly a breath of fresh air. I am a repeat customer because this place has an awesome variety of hardware and juice, today proved that this crew will go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. I've been in Jax since 2014, been vaping since 2008. So when I moved here, finding a shop that met all my needs was more difficult than I thought. After about 8 shops, I finally found All Day Vape. That's the only shop I go to now, regardless of the driving distance. They have the largest (not kidding) selection in mods, tanks, and RDA's. I stopped in here today because I had been considering getting a vape to help me stop smoking. I didn't know a lot about vapes before visiting this store, so I feared the worst- the possible prices of buying a whole new setup. As soon as I walked in, my worries were put to rest by one of the (many) nice employees. I found the vape I had been wanting, in a kit, for $57. Checking in here on Yelp gave me a coupon for 10% off of juice, so that was an awesome coupon I used to get the strongest menthol flavor they had. They put my pen together, and filled it with juice for me which was extremely helpful. They have a lot of menus to look through with hundreds and hundreds of different flavors. It was kind of overwhelming seeing how many there were! I didn't have a lot of time today, so I plan on going back again soon to pick out a few more flavors. Upon checking out, I found out that they do military discounts! Every little bit of savings definitely helps. I was so shocked that I walked away with an amazing vape/juice that will last me a long time, for less than $100! This is definitely the best vape shop in town, hands down. Purchased a batter/tank and all the accessories (multipack coils) and juice ($60+) and three weeks later it stopped working. Would not hold a charge. No attempt to resolve. I will never shop there again. At least NewLeaf has a 90 day policy and they work with you if your product is defective. All Day Vape has a 2 week return policy - so purchase at your own risk. How can they sell and not stand behind their products. They are not BBB accredited either. Buyer beware! read more

This place assured me that they were the best vape shop in town. I bought a pen the other night and tried it in the store and it was working but then two hours later it started tasting burnt. I went back the next day with my receipt, literally threw the old pen away in front of them and they WOULD NOT give me a new one for free. Everyone knows that sometimes the puff bars are defective. I've been to tons of vape shops across Saint Augustine and Jacksonville with the same issue and have NEVER been treated this badly in my life. The Asian manager is so rude and uneducated about how to run a business . It's sad they lost a valuable customer that just moved down the street over a silly $10. This is probably THE WORST vape shop in town. So disappointed in the service and the quality of customer service. I've worked many retail jobs and food industry jobs and we always make someone a new meal even if we know they ordered the wrong thing. Testing the e-juice will cost you a dollar upfront but is taken off of any purchase you make. As someone who works in retail, I don't like being a bad reviewer. In fact, I don't review any businesses at all. However, I hate going to all day vape so much l had to download the app to write this. In my 3 years of visiting this store, I have never been treated with respect. I vape off and on to fight a nicotine addiction as I won't let myself smoke cigarettes anymore. With that being said I am not an expert in vaporizers. I know what works for me from learning from friends and that's it. As a retail employee I know that I know enough about what I'm doing to have an in and out shopping experience, as I do at other vape locations. I used to choose to go to all day because of its convenient location, but I'm tired of being treated condescendingly. I'm confident than its not an individual employee rotten egg spoiling the batch. My experience has been similar every time I've visited. Unless you're an absolute vape nerd and want to look down on people who aren't obsessed with something so useless in life, don't shop here. They do not respect entry level consumers. Smoke City around the corner has everything you need to vape and the employees treat you like an equal. Also All Day Vape needs to respect the fact that vaping is addicting. Then they taught me how to handle it for myself from there - even covering the big "no-nos" & explaining why you didn't want to do that. Honestly THE WORST shop ever! Every person I encountered with that helped me out was so unbelievably rude. They treated me like a little kid and rushed me to get out of their store. I REGRET giving them any of my money but a review will have to do. The customer service was awful, they did not give me any advice. The people only treated you with respect if you were a VAPE GOD. They only attended happily to returning customers, but that's not how a business should run. DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY TO WASTE!!! The guys here are very helpful and they have a nice selection. However, I will never buy from here again! I'm a new vaper and this store is close to me so I decided to stop and have them help me get set up. They were very knowledgeable and got me set up with the perfect starter kit and nic salt. When I got home, I decided to look online for one of the nic salts they were out of. I found out that compared to online, I could have gotten everything I bought for half the price of what I paid. I bought a basic setup for $80+ (not including taxes). If I had ordered online, I would have paid just $40 with free shipping and no taxes. A 100% markup is ridiculous!! Unfortunately, I had used the kit and the juice so I could only return the extras I'd bought which cost me $14. I would have had to wait 2 days for delivery, but I could have bought a cheap throw away for $10 until I got my order. I even called around to other vape stores and the highest price I was quoted for the kit was $30 vs $45 at this store. The lowest price I found was $26. I realize that a brick and mortar store will be more expensive than online, but charging twice what they do online is just highway robbery!! Especially when you think about the fact that they pay a lot less at wholesale than even the low online prices. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Or better yet, save even more and buy online. read more

The manager/owner, tried to guilt me into paying with cash after very condescendingly explaining that credit cards cost the store a percentage. I'm aware of how credit cards work and I was doing them a favor to begin with by trying to support local business since I can get anything they have in store much cheaper online.
