We spent $40 on a cart, that upon opening immediately had issues pulling, which will eventually will lead to it leaking most likely. Well I use to love coming here....until today. Literally the worst customer service ever. I really felt it must have been that the kid worker just didn't want to serve a Black woman. I was standing there, patiently waiting to be helped and the kid never even acknowledged me. I'm sure he was thinking I'm a bitter Black woman simply because my arms were crossed. I was cold. Hate that this store is not enforcing the face mask mandated by our Mayor. No employees wear face masks & they do not have signage enforcing it either. I love this store because they have what I need that the one closer to my home does not. Every time I go in there, there are customers not wearing masks & not social distancing whatsoever. I purchased a sourin air pod there yesterday afternoon. I put the juice in let it sit for a few then put it on my vape. As soon as I pulled a drag from it, it sparked a flame that shot into my mouth. They open at 10 so I'm heading there then to see if they will replace the obviously faulty pod I was sold. I will update if they will or not!
