I have been a cigar aficionado for almost a 20 years and have experienced cigar stores all over Florida and south east and Wendy the proprietor and owner has always been knowledgeable and accurate. Her suggestions for type or flavor I may be interested in have been spot on. Her knowledge of brands and flavors are the best I have experienced. Not only is she knowledgeable she is personable, professional, and kind. Have seen people travel long distances to specifically purchase cigars from this establishment. Bar none this is the best cigar store in the 904. If you don't like cigars then why would you go to a cigar store! If you do love cigars go visit Art of Cigar, you won't be disappointed. I never have been!

I don't smoke However, my girlfriend enjoys smoking hookah when she comes over to my place. One…read moreday she brought her own hookah and ran out of hookah flavor. I offered to pick some up. Searched the closest vape / smoke / Hookah shop and this came up. There were plenty of parking so I parked by the front. But I did notice a lot of groups of men hanging out the smoke shop or the liquor shop close by. If you are shy or timid, do not shop here alone because you may feel uncomfortable. It was 4 pm, bright out so I was ok with shopping there alone. I have not walked into any smoke stores before so I was not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a sweet guy behind the cash register, he put on his mask as I approached. I had a mask on too. He asked if I need assistance, probably because of the Lost look on my face. I told him I would like hookah flavor. He walked over to the spot where they had so many varieties of flavors! He helped me pick out one for my girlfriend based on a few questions. He small options too so I picked a few of the small packages for variety. Cashed out and left. It was a very clean store. And my first experience to a smoke shop was quite a pleasant one. I won't be going again because I don't smoke. Nor do I encourage smoking! But since Hookah has been a trend lately, then this is a good spot to grab hookah accessories and flavors.

On top of that, I had only three dollar bills to my name, and ‐ I shit you not - 2 of my cards got declined by the system (again, not my day, lol)... This led me to have a P.O.'d attitude/headspace, because i had to call a gift card company, only to be rejected by again by a robot for my unused $25 gift card I got for Christmas (fyi don't purchase vanilla gift cards by mastercard....Sham City), smh. At least 40 mins later and after Immense and professional patience granted from the Smoker's Bay employee working that day, Courtney, i was kindly guided back to earth and my mentality became grounded. Courtney treated me like a human being when i was being rejected and dismissed by everybody else. And there's no price you can put on that sort of Value in life. Not only does she know her stuff about the products that they sell - she also will pause what she's doing to research EXACTLY what'll help you to answer any questions you may have or might not know to ask. The Manager in charge of Smoker's Bay staffing is also a great guy, and i wholeheartedly support and recommended this company as a place to shop and work if you're friendly. 6 out of 5 stars for the Service provided.
