Purchased a water pipe, took it home, filled with water, then found out the glass had a hole which didn't allow air to go through the proper tubes. I took it back hoping they had a return policy or something so I could swap it. Without hesitation Ryan apologize for it and swapped it out for me. Good dude! Thank you, will come here for my smoke supplies from now on. :) they care about their customers read more

This Dude working here is probably the Owner of the shop. What a great guy. He showed us several things that we inquired about. As we left, he said he, himself was there seven days a week. Great and cool shop. It's next door to The 911 iPhone Store. read more

Strange Clouds Smoke Shop - I would of taken pictures, but my iPhone was next door being repaired. I took a picture as we were leaving. My camera is fixed! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

I go there to buy vybrant vapes and they busted a lot. So I started buying geek bar vapes and everything was going good and I got the third vape and it busted in my mouth. I went there to trade it in for a new one and I have to wait the next day for the boss to trade it in. Very inconvenient, I give strange clouds smoke shop zero stars read more

most amazing smoke shop i've been too, chase always helps the best!! love this place my go to for sure read more

Everyone that works here is always super helpful and nice, great atmosphere. One guy that's always there, I think the owner, always makes a point to make you smile. Always getting a discount as a return customer too which is nice! read more

If I had a top 10 list of my favorite owners, this guy would rule all. I came in to get a new pen as mine was on the fritz. He actually offered to try and fix The one I had (I did not buy it there) BEFORE starting his sales pitch. He was totally cool and laid back and didn't pressure me into the purchase. He gave me a lot of tips, opened the new pen in front of me to show me how things worked and to make sure it was going to work. He even charged my other pen while I was there. This guy is the absolute kitties tittles and I will not go anywhere else. Also you can smoke hookah in store- SCORE. They also have these super dope grinders that have Tight etchings on them. Check it out. If you get the pleasure of meeting the owner, you will feel like you made a new friend! read more

I stopped by the Filipino food store and saw this smoke shop so I decided to stop by. This location is heavily hookah focused and there are TONS of different ones to choose from and a lot of different shisha as well. There was a little section for pipes towards the back right and there are papers and cigarillos there too. The gentleman who was working was very nice and taught us a little lesson on lychee and how they are antioxidants :) read more

I didn't get the names of the guys working, but they were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was purchasing a gift for someone and when they asked how they could help I told them I had a very specific item in mind and they were able to lead me directly to what I was looking for. I know inventory is half the battle, but their customer service was great. I've been in enough smoke shops to know not all employees are friendly or care to be there. I definitely will recommend this store to others! read more

Was looking to buy a hookah last night. This place has some decent stuff but it's just overpriced. I had to buy one that day so went home with one regardless. It was $50 and was the cheapest one there. At home I found that the stem was missing and had to drive back 30 mins. When I went back to the store, they gave me a stem but no apology what so ever. I had guests waiting at home. I guess part of it was my fault for assuming they would pack everything. Buy online if you have the time pls. 2 stars for help to purchase and cleanliness read more

Strange clouds had a very laid back atmosphere and it was filled with hookah supplies! It's any hookah smokers paradise. They have other smoking related things too, like pipes and papers, all decently priced. The guy that was working was funny. He laughed at me for not liking the boba in the tea my friend had, said he didn't either, but liked the lychee. Apparently lychee is way healthier for you too- thanks smoke shop man! I still need to try that! read more

Strange Clouds has an awesome selection of smoking products, including the best line-up of hookahs, shisha, and accessories I've seen in a retail set up before. They also have high-end glassware, wraps and papers, plus an excellent lineup of e-cigs and vaporizers, plus a wise variety of juice to put in them, both with and without nicotine. The cherry on top is the owner, Keith, is both friendly and knowledgable, and willing to take the time to answer questions and introduce you to new products you might not otherwise hear of. Plus you can try most of the e-juice flavors right there in the store, which is great fun. I bought a new rebuildable atomizer for my electronic cigarrette setup, and not only did he help me find the perfect fit for my battery, he even assembled it right there at the register and let me try it out to make sure it worked fine. Between the great service, great selection, and low prices, Strange Clouds is hard to beat! read more

Was looking for a glass peace and when I entered the store no one greeted me (very small store ) the 2 lady's where talking to some guy with a guitar not buying anything. And as I was looking 2 more people came in and they didn't say a word just kinda looked at all of us and kept on talking. After about 5 mins of me pacing back and forth one of the girls said do I need anything and I asked for a price of an item and was $80 let's say I got it for $40 at the other shop and notice I can even gotten at $23 online but wanted the item now. But just to think I was about to hand out my cash and buy . Good thing I didint. read more

For hookah supplies, way overpriced. Okay selection of the usual brands (Al Fakher, Starbuzz, Fumari)
