Purchased a water pipe, took it home, filled with water, then found out the glass had a hole which didn't allow air to go through the proper tubes. I took it back hoping they had a return policy or something so I could swap it. Without hesitation Ryan apologize for it and swapped it out for me. Good dude! If I had a top 10 list of my favorite owners, this guy would rule all. I came in to get a new pen as mine was on the fritz. He actually offered to try and fix The one I had (I did not buy it there) BEFORE starting his sales pitch. He was totally cool and laid back and didn't pressure me into the purchase. He gave me a lot of tips, opened the new pen in front of me to show me how things worked and to make sure it was going to work. He even charged my other pen while I was there. This guy is the absolute kitties tittles and I will not go anywhere else. Also you can smoke hookah in store- SCORE. They also have these super dope grinders that have Tight etchings on them. I didn't get the names of the guys working, but they were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was purchasing a gift for someone and when they asked how they could help I told them I had a very specific item in mind and they were able to lead me directly to what I was looking for. I know inventory is half the battle, but their customer service was great. I've been in enough smoke shops to know not all employees are friendly or care to be there. I stopped by the Filipino food store and saw this smoke shop so I decided to stop by. This location is heavily hookah focused and there are TONS of different ones to choose from and a lot of different shisha as well. There was a little section for pipes towards the back right and there are papers and cigarillos there too. Was looking to buy a hookah last night. This place has some decent stuff but it's just overpriced. I had to buy one that day so went home with one regardless. It was $50 and was the cheapest one there. At home I found that the stem was missing and had to drive back 30 mins. When I went back to the store, they gave me a stem but no apology what so ever. Strange clouds had a very laid back atmosphere and it was filled with hookah supplies! It's any hookah smokers paradise. They have other smoking related things too, like pipes and papers, all decently priced. The guy that was working was funny. He laughed at me for not liking the boba in the tea my friend had, said he didn't either, but liked the lychee. Apparently lychee is way healthier for you too- thanks smoke shop man! Was looking for a glass peace and when I entered the store no one greeted me (very small store ) the 2 lady's where talking to some guy with a guitar not buying anything. And as I was looking 2 more people came in and they didn't say a word just kinda looked at all of us and kept on talking. After about 5 mins of me pacing back and forth one of the girls said do I need anything and I asked for a price of an item and was $80 let's say I got it for $40 at the other shop and notice I can even gotten at $23 online but wanted the item now.
