I've had my fair share of dealing with shop owners who sell fake/counterfeit product (do NOT buy if you've not scanned the code at purchase. I've made the mistake of being too trusty/too much in a haste and I pay for it. This place has sold legitimate product to me every single time I've been in. I tried to buy a lighter with no price tag. Lo and behold, it wasn't in their system. So the store's inventory and pricing are broken. Fair enough, mistakes happen. But here's where it went wrong: the employee, citing the late hour, couldn't get a supervisor to help. His solution? Guess a price. When I noted these are $4-$5 elsewhere, he wouldn't budge from $6, claiming "that's what his brain told him." The real issue: Why am I paying for their store's operational failure? The lack of a tag and a system entry is their problem. The inability to escalate it is their problem. The employee should have erred on the side of the customer, not arbitrarily pick a higher number. If the true price was $4, I was overcharged by 50% due to no fault of my own. This felt less like a transaction and more like being taken advantage of. It is not the dollar difference which is petty but the principle of it. Probably not coming back here.

My total amount for my prescription order was $100.00, I used my debit card, and I have the receipt. After I left the dispensary, somehow, someone charged my debit card with $243.00. What, how? My debit card was still in my possession, not lost, stolen or left at the dispensary. After many attempts to reach someone, anyone, I started calling the big Trulieve dispensary (844) 878-5438. Spoke with Asa (6-13-2025) spoke with Richard (7-7-2025), spoke with Jamie (7-9-2025). Everyone I spoke with, contacted Trulieve Jacksonville Arrowhead, filled out paperwork and sent it to Jacksonville dispensary. No one ever called me! Walked into Jacksonville yesterday, finally spoke with the GM, Jay. Jay proceeded to tell me that unless I was overcharged, he didn't have anyway to see my debit card charge. Seriously?
