I have a Liberty Pumps ALM-2 high-water alarm in my basement. The alarm went off, and since the…read morewiring disappears into the wall, I needed someone to determine what the alarm was monitoring and inspect the pump and float switch. The first plumber who came out told me that the grinder pump was not working and needed to be replaced, quoting me $3,130.06. I decided to get a second opinion. Blandon and Hayden from Service Pro Plumbing came out and determined that the pump did not need to be replaced and that it simply needed to be cleaned. They performed the necessary service for about $1,000, and the alarm and pump are now working perfectly. I was very pleased with their service and appreciated that they did not recommend an unnecessary replacement. Based on this experience, I decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan.

I contacted two other well established plumbers in clark county regarding the water heater replacement and installation. The results were: one was $1,200.00 cheaper and one was $750.00 cheaper. I get stuck on this disparity and even get angry. Then I remember the $598.00 you charged us to unclog a kitchen drain at my 93 yo fathers house recently..... for a senior citizen, a veteran, not to mention my repeat customer business for 4 years. Sorry, just not comfortable with this type of treatment in this economy. I have chosen one of the other two plumbers as my go to professional. I do not wish you luck as I do not want others to be treated in this way. Goodbye.

Per my warrantee company they randomly choose a plumber from there list and the company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the repair. The company never called me so I contacted them. They told me she never received the work Oder and would have to call me back that day. I never received a call back and called them back two days later. They told me I was on their list to call. So I asked for there availability and she said they were all booked but she is doing the schedule later that day and would call me after she was done to give me an appointment. This never happen. Again I waited a couple days thinking she was just busy. About four days later she calls me and says she has an opening in two hours. I explained to her that she was aware that I was in another state and needed more notice. She did not seem to understand. This went on for another week until I called the warrantee company and found out that she told them that they tried to arrange an appointment but she could not get ahold of me. This is ridiculous. The funny thing is that the only time they called me was to give me an appointment two hours later because another of their jobs fell through. I got a new referral for another plumber from the warrantee comp and she called, showed up, and fixed the problem without issues. I am writing this a caution to those who might seek this companies service and expect good customer services.
