The worst customer service I have ever had. This was my situation. I filed a claim through my…read morehome warrantee on a property I have in another state and was given their contact information and a work order number. Per my warrantee company they randomly choose a plumber from there list and the company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the repair. The company never called me so I contacted them. They told me she never received the work Oder and would have to call me back that day. I never received a call back and called them back two days later. They told me I was on their list to call. So I asked for there availability and she said they were all booked but she is doing the schedule later that day and would call me after she was done to give me an appointment. This never happen. Again I waited a couple days thinking she was just busy. About four days later she calls me and says she has an opening in two hours. I explained to her that she was aware that I was in another state and needed more notice. She did not seem to understand. This went on for another week until I called the warrantee company and found out that she told them that they tried to arrange an appointment but she could not get ahold of me. This is ridiculous. The funny thing is that the only time they called me was to give me an appointment two hours later because another of their jobs fell through. I got a new referral for another plumber from the warrantee comp and she called, showed up, and fixed the problem without issues. I am writing this a caution to those who might seek this companies service and expect good customer services.
