They called the back to see if they had it, and it was a lot of back and forth about whether or not they had it. The phone call ended with them saying it was out of stock. Then a minute later they called and said they did have it after all. So I pay and pull around back, only to be told they don't have it and I would have to get a refund. This was followed by "just kidding." I was prepared to let this go, but the other interactions on top of this...it all adds up. 2) My dog hates car rides, so I put my sleeping bag on the back seat for her. It smells like me and calms her down. Someone working in the warehouse saw it and asked me if I'm homeless and live in my car, as he laughed. 3) Someone gifted me a bag of dog food in the correct brand and wrong line of food. I brought it here (unopened and brand new) to exchange it for the correct one, and was told I couldn't do that, because I had no proof it was from there, and they don't know how it's stored. This would make sense if they didn't take their own product back either, because they also don't know how the person stored it. They told me I was trying to get a free bag of food from them, which makes zero sense, considering I was trying to exchange an unopened unexpired product that actually cost more than the one I wanted, and I didn't even want the difference given back to me. It didn't matter to them I'm a long time customer of theirs. They treated me like I just randomly walked in off of the street and was demanding they hand me a free bag of food for nothing. 4) I purchased a bag of dog food, and afterwards, realized there was a small hole in the bag. I brought it back to them, and they told me if I kept the bag they would refund me $1. One dollar. They have raised the price of my dog's food by $10 per bag in the last six months or so, when it has remained the same price everywhere else. They are now about the same price as any other brick and mortar or online store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There was a new group of hatchlings that were being nurtured until ready for going to a new home. Kennedy was a standout at B&B! She knew everything about the linney breed and help assure my wife that caring for the bird would be within our capabilities as new bird owners. The purchase process, take home process, and the regular check-ins have been filled with excellent customer service. Everyone in the store is willing to help and answer questions. I also really love the frog room and though I didn't open any of the drawers (you're not supposed to without help), I realized last time that they have a ton of snakes that are just not on display. There is so much to see here and friendly and knowledgeable staff, so if you're looking for something other than a cat or dog, this is the place for you!

But when I got to the last step, their webpage glitched, as it often does, and I had to start over. So, I'm that apparent 30 second timeframe, there were no more appointments left, including the one I had just tried to reserve. I immediately called and left a message, hoping they could help and the message I got was basically, "too bad so sad, have a better day." As a public service that purports to want to help manage the stray population, and care for animals, their policies and lack of willingness to help seems a lot more likely to lead to a box of unwanted puppies being left at their doorstep than anything else. Please Read! This veterinarian tried to inject my dog with…read morealmost 3x the normal injection she gets on a monthly basis. My dog has Addison's diseases and has been treated for it for 4 years without issue. Dogs that have Addison's disease require blood work quarterly to test electrolyte levels in order to assess the amount of Zycortal needed for their monthly shots. My dog requires .9mL of zycortal monthly as per her last blood work in May. My regular veterinarian is located in Virginia and tried to get her injection done at this location because I am visiting family for about a month. She is due for her injection since I am here for a while. After giving this Vet my dog's medical records that state she is to be given .9mL, the vet said they will be giving her a 2.5mL injection because of her weight. I explained to this clinic that the dosage is not based off of weight, but by blood work that was recently conducted. All records that I have for my dog shows this. They still said that they will only give it by weight. They want to give my dog almost 3x's the amount of dosage as calculated by this treatment Addison disease I highly do not recommend this veterinarian service, due to negligence on performing the right type treatment. I have verified through my regular veterinarian and other veterinarians located around this clinic, that the dosage they are trying to administer on my dog is not correct and that they should of probably analyzed my dogs records and not tried to force me to give her an incorrect amount. I talked to the manager at this location and asked the personnel at the front desk to clarify the dosage with the veterinarian, but they still wanted to administer the wrong dosage. Please verify the treatment your pets are getting at this location with another veterinarian.

Booked a yoga session for a late Mother's Day celebration and ended up getting a private class…read moresince it was just the two of us. The experience started around 10am with about 20 minutes of yoga before the goats came out, which was definitely the highlight. We got to feed the goats and continue yoga with them around us -- they were super cute and made the experience really fun and unique. After that, we were able to see the horses and cows, and then went into the baby animal area where we brushed and pet them, plus got to see baby chicks and other young animals. The session was originally supposed to run from 10-11:30, but it ended a bit earlier around 11. Overall, the yoga instructor and owner were both very nice and welcoming. The only thing was that it could've used a little more actual yoga time, but the animal experience made up for it.

Highly recommend this farm either on the days they are open to the public or a special event, also they offer photography sessions great place to go with your photographer take some pics.
