I enjoyed the schedule, great hikes early in the morning, I am not an early riser, but here it was very easy. I am not an hiker either, but I would definitely continue using All trails and hike in my area for good workouts. Then after breakfast we hit the gym, the hangar, and worked out till lunch. After lunch, more classes and dinner. The classes are great, and diversified, for every level, with alternative exercises if needed. I never got bored by the exercises I was doing. You can make it as painful as you want and as "light" as you want. Trainers are here to support you and encourage you. Personally I enjoyed all the trainers we had, all great people, and teachers, always here to help when you have questions or need guidance with the equipment etc...All the trainers have different personalities and work very well with everyone. They are very caring and dedicated to your best self. The food was great, I enjoyed every meal. the menu is varied and tasty, one can ask for replacement or substitute if needed. Accommodation was great, I really enjoyed my shared room and the cozy living room we had, split between only 2 rooms, so 4 people. I stayed 3 weeks and I think that was a great number for me. I know now that I wish I had stayed 4 weeks to really consolidate the results. But some people are very happy with 2 weeks. I am very glad I came here because this experience is what I needed to go back to the gym and get my body back with less fat and more muscle . So thank you!!!

Then I found Live In Fitness in Scottsdale with Eric Viskovicz, and everything changed. I attended for four weeks in the fall of 2025, and the experience was so powerful that I recently returned and brought my daughter with me. That alone should say how much I believe in this program. What makes Live In Fitness different is that it isn't based on trends or gimmicks. Eric has built the program using real data from tens of thousands of clients over decades. The biggest challenge for me wasn't the workouts -- it was shifting my mindset and learning to trust the process. Once I did, the results followed. The coaches are incredible. They truly meet you where you are with personalized training and nutrition guidance, and they genuinely care about your success. During my time there, I gained lean muscle, lost a significant amount of body fat, and most importantly completely changed how I think about health and fitness. One of my favorite parts was the early morning hikes around Scottsdale. There is something amazing about finishing a two-hour hike before most people even start their workday. The food, the open hangar gym, the lectures, the structured workouts, the beautiful accommodations, and the friendships you build with positive, like-minded people make this experience truly special. I also watched people of all ages and fitness levels achieve incredible transformations. I came to Live In Fitness feeling broken and hopeless about my health. I left with strength, confidence, and a completely different future. If you're serious about changing your life, sign up already!

Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier.
