I came here based off the reviews and well they didn't disappoint. The staff here was very attending, very nice. The food was amazing I got the Benedict skillet and it was really filling. It had the layers of hash browns, ham, poached eggs and the sauce on top. My dad ordered the veggie skillet and again very good and filling. Our sides were pancakes, and biscuits and gravy ( my dad was a huge fan of) Lots of food for a great price! Found our new breakfast spot read more

Their scrambles are quite good. Cool atmosphere and friendly waiters. However, I will not return for their pancakes until they start using real maple syrup. Any diner that uses corn syrup is not legit. read more

Actual homemade food. Large portions. Inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff. Everything I have tried has been so delicious.

I just randomly search Google for a breakfast place near by and this restaurant was closest to my location. To my surprise this place was packed. Always a good sign of good food. I came in to get on the list and got offered a seat at the counter right away. For once eating by myself paid off. I ordered their steak and eggs. The serving was a good portion the steak wasn't how I wanted it but didn't complain cuz I hate wasting food. I did get to see all the food coming out the kitchen I will have to come try something different. Overall I was happy with my visit and would return to try some lunch. read more

Omg! 1. This place is packed. All seats are filled and people are still coming in being put on the waiting list. 2. Very professional and customer oriented staff. The extremely busy waitress actually took the time to make suggestions. 3. Good for dining alone or coming with kids and large families. 4. Customers serviced - very diverse. White, black, asian. Hispanic etc. 5. Food - everything looks delicious. People are ordering a variety of items on the menu like pancakes, eggs, omelets, pastrami and burgers. I ordered the tuna. My food was good. I liked the tuna sandwich but the shoe string fries I will pass next time and get sweet potato fries. I have never liked shoe string fries. 6. Price- its average. I paid $10 for fries and tuna sandwich. It was very filling. My eyes getting low as I am typing. Nap time lol. Not..back to work I go. 7. Cleanliness and noise -It was ok for all the people (children & babies included) who are coming through. It is average to loud. 8. Best time to go..I'm thinking Monday- Thursday. I was told they are busy from Friday to Sunday. 9. Parking - parking is a lil tight. There is a sign on the door asking people not to park next door at Popeyes. Popeyes has a huge parking lot but no customers....oops. this is not about them. Lol 10. Will I go back? Yes. I will order to go. They are extremely busy..just too many people. This place was a recommendation from the Bad Ass Coffee team on Main and was excited to try it. Not only because of the recommendation but also because of the glowing reviews. When I arrived I was greeted - wait - not by the staff, but by the friendly guests. What!? I thought I was in TX for a second there. Although it was crowded to 25-min wait went pretty quick, including the service. Our server was friendly, she offered us options as newbies, and attentive to all her tables. And the food, man-o-man was it served the Texan style BIG!!! I challenge you (the newbies) to also try it and not base your decision from any negative reviews. TNT's is a really successful small business with great food, friendly staff, and a home-like ambiance. Their decorations are really charming, like straight out of your grandma's house. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and a lot of the staff that used to work here in the 2000s are still here. I feel like that's a great sign that TNT's treats their staff well. We came in as a party of four on a week day, and we were seated right away. The waitress Amanda was very quick to get us our drinks and super patient with us as we browsed through the menu. Even with inflation in 2023 their prices are still stellar at about $13 or less for everything on the menu. We didn't take any photos of the food because it's too good to pause and take pictures of each item. ;) My family's favorite items are the chicken fried steak plate- you're not gonna find such a large and tasty serving anywhere else. Their hand battered chicken fried steak is always crispy and well seasoned. If you like sweets better than savory items, the Belgian waffle is really nice and fluffy, with fresh strawberries and whipped cream on top. Staff is also very friendly about menu substitutions. Just keep in mind that parking can be difficult here on the weekends, so plan ahead and arrive early if possible. read more

Owner is rude and aggressive. Everything else is good but because of her I have to give this place one star and will not return.

Someone said they were afraid to go to a restaurant with a B. Funny, I actively seek out restaurants with Cs. The difference between an A and a B health rating is negligible. Up the hill this is the only kind of food (other than fast) that you can get good. Everyone has their favorite and mine is Outpost and the spouse's is Gloria's. But this wasn't bad. Someone (don't remember if it was the same someone) said this place was filthy. I think it's a bit old and run-down but not dirty. Another review said they were trying to be the stereotype of a southern country diner. I don't agree - if they were really southern they wouldn't use white gravy! Lol, but I don't think they are affecting a look - all local diners and breakfast joints up here from all the different Mollyses to Skillet Too are like that. There's even one called Little Bit Country (possibly even Lil?). You tourists from LA passing through on the way to Vegas probably don't realize that the less populous parts of CA are full of red state wannabes. Anyway food was fine but the gravies (both white and brown) were lukewarm with cold areas (microwaved?) and our food sat in the window a bit. Portions are big and prices are a couple dollars lower than things right off the 15 (like Outpost). I think we'll be going back to Gloria's for breakfast but if you find this place small and dirty I guarantee your prissy little pants won't like it at Gloria's neither. Update: this was in my drafts from before Gloria's closed down. We'll be paying the extra couple bucks to go to Outpost. "Warm beer, lousy food, bad service," as their shirts say. Friendly atmosphere, great service, and doggy approved iced water. Love the one page menu so I can see my options front of back instead of flipping pages all around. I ordered off the daily special menu. Chorizo skillet which was great. I asked for some hot sauce and the server suggested the house salsa, I personally would have preferred more spice and kick but that's also my preference and the server was helpful in suggesting it so I stuck with my Tabasco and Chula. The chicken fried steak sauce on the biscuits would have been way better than the normal gravy sauce. read more
