Corn beef hash with home fries with bell peppers and onions, a must try.
Ray L.

My corn beef hash was so, so delicious. Our server Amanda made it even better she was quick, courteous, and kind. Thanks for everything.

A local had recommended this place to us and omg it did not disappoint. Im afraid if too many ppl start coming here, this spot will be ruined. I love the vibe, its chill, casual and very much a homey. The servers are all so kind, lots of women working in this establishment and I love that. They all seem happy to work there. Food is delicious and portions are huge, pricing is very reasonable. I have tried different things on the menu and everything has been delicious. One of the problems can be the parking, but you can park behind popeyes and in the dirt lot next to popeyes. Place is only open until 2:30pm, so if you want to catch some good breakfast or lunch definitely stop by. Another problem... Not recommended for parties larger than 5-6, booths are old school and small. They have two corner booths that can seat 5-6 ppl but I would not recommend going here if you are a huge party.

Tried this place for the first time this past weekend and it was very good! We got seated quickly, and the service was quick as well. The food portions are big and they are tasty!! The restaurant got very busy as we were seated, thankfully there's enough space for everyone and they have waiting bench's outside.

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant on the way to Las Vegas. We shared the corned beef hash and eggs. It was absolutely delicious! The hash browns were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and buttery inside. The salsa was homemade and amazing. Our server was Amanda. She was so friendly and efficient. We had a fantastic breakfast and would definitely stop here again if we are in the area.

May I leave 10 out of 5 stars? This place is a hidden gem. It is close to the freeway. If you are travelling through, you need to stop. Food and service were outstanding. Small neighborhood feeling. Place was packed but people came and went. Came back a week later. Place was busy but still held to my earlier review. Added the French toast special and was not disappointed.

TBT melt. Turkey , bacon, tomato , provolone cheese on garlic bread . Spicy fries !!!! You must try

One of my favorite places to go! Food is GREAT, big portions ! service is great ! It's is always busy BUT All the girls there are very attentive ! Parking is very minimal/ small .

I can't believe my last review was over 8 years ago! We definitely don't come here as often as I'd like. You can't help but admire the consistency with this place though, the food is the same, always the same level of amazing flavor no matter how much time has passed. The other thing thats the same is getting my order wrong, although this time the waitress caught it as she came to our table and immediately took it back. The service is amazing, staff is absolutely the best! I can't say enough about the level of care each time. It's a bit loud, worn down, and the seats could use some love but the tables aren't sticky and even if they were, it's absolutely worth it.

Came here on a Wednesday morning and was surprised to say it was pretty busy, despite that we were sat immediately. We ordered a couple things including coffee, which was topped off pretty frequently. The chili cheese fries were good, the French toast was very tasty not too sweet or eggy, the chicken sandwich was amazingggg. We also got a club sandwich or the "club stack" to go and ate it later in the day cold and it was still very gooooood. Our server was lovely, she was very attentive. Also the bathroom was very clean! Overall very satisfied.

The atmosphere is cozy it has that warm, comfort-food vibe that just makes you relax and enjoy your time. The food definitely delivers on that "home-style" promise. We ordered a variety of dishes: the country fried steak skillet, the hobo skillet, and the chicken fried steak--all hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. I went with the cinnamon French toast, and for just $4.49 extra, it came with eggs and a choice of sausage or bacon (I picked sausage). Everything was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are generous--we couldn't finish everything and ended up taking boxes home, which honestly just means we get to enjoy it again later for brunch! This is a perfect stop if you're traveling along the I-15--especially for road trippers or truck drivers looking for a solid, comforting meal. Just keep in mind they're open from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, so plan accordingly. Definitely recommend if you're craving good, filling comfort food in a welcoming, homey setting

Today I went to treat my friend for lunch and we both were pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh, and service from our young male waiter was superb. I regret not getting his name, but do know he has another job at Samurai Sushi. I mention so he can be acknowledged. He was genuinely kind, professional, friendly, and so very good at his job. I so appreciate sincere service from start to finish. A sweet soul indeed. This second visit to this location was spot on with my veggie sandwich. The restaurant was clean, and music not bad or crazy loud. Wait time, not bad either. Not often I eat sandwiches, but know I'll be back.

Not to be dramatic, pretty sure my family had a worse Easter than Jesus, thanks to your restaurant…read more Just kidding - I don't believe in that dude. Our Easter dinner at your Victorville, CA location was regular secular bad. Absolutely would not recommend. 1. When we arrived, we stepped into the restaurant and just stood there at the front. No greeter, no greeting from anyone. From where we were standing, I could see into the kitchen - I could see staff and I assume they could see us, but no one seemed concerned. 2. Eventually, a staff member did wander our way. She seated us, left us with the pre fixe menus and then disappeared. We never saw her again (she seemed nice, I hope she's doing well.) I don't know exactly how long we were sitting there with ZERO service, but it was long enough for my parents to wonder why they didn't get the regular menus, long enough for my mom to go back to the front to get a regular menu. Long enough for me to get up walk to the kitchen to get the attention of one of the THREE staff who were just standing there. Long enough for me to report back to my parents and have them not be convinced and want to speak to a manger. Long enough for the guy (who would eventually become our server) to wander by and confirm pre fixe was the only option. Long enough for us to discuss amongst ourselves for at least another minute before another staff member FINALLY purposely came to check on us. 3. I don't know who she was (name or position), but she was wearing black overalls and I assume she was someone on the higher end of the staff hierarchy from her demeanor. I asked her to explain how things were working for the day and with ZERO rizz, salesmanship or customer service skills - she pointed to the menu and said "You pick one thing from each section of that menu." And instantly became my least favorite server in 2026. Talking to me like I'm stupid is NEVER the move. (To be fair, she may not have meant it that way and may have genuinely been just as unsure as we were.) Anyway my parents were hungry and tired and decided to stay. My mom asked her for 4 waters without lemon (and you can probably guess how that went). 4. Eventually, out server came back over to take our order. And I want to be very clear here -- I have no beef and barely any bones to pick with him -- he was very nice and I know he was doing his best. Your company did NOT set him up for a win. When he took our orders, I asked if I could switch out the rice from the salmon dish with mashed potatoes (which, as you would know, were being offered with another dish) he said he thought that would be fine. Apparently it was not. He came back later to say no substitutions -- which, if that's the rule, fine BUT NO ONE TOLD US THAT. You don't tell a customer yes and then say "No." And you especially don't do it on a day when there is barely anyone in the restaurant and I have eyes on no less than two staff standing around the entire time. It's not like I was making an outlandish request at a busy time. He said I could add the mash as an additional side, I asked if it would cost extra, he said yes but wasn't exactly sure how much. I said to forget it. 5. At that point, I asked if gratuity was included in the price and he said it was not. And had I not been so hangry - I would have laughed because WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! And what is the point of this thing?? We're paying extra for things we don't want, for supernaturally slow service, for no substitutions AND tip is not included? Slow clap for the audacity. Y'all are WILD for that. 6. And finally -- when it came time for dessert, the only options were chocolate covered strawberries, molten lava cake (chocolate) and tiramisu (topped with chocolate) and as a representative of the small (but real) community who doesn't like chocolate or coffee... three strikes. You should really have some kind of alternate option. So those are the six points that were lost. I know food service can be thankless work, (I would usually say "hospitality" but that is NOT was Mimi's was offering on this particular Sunday.) It feels like whoever planned it, did so with no other agenda than to make some easier holiday money with zero trade off benefit for the customer -- no bottomless drinks, no gratuity included, no substitutions, no amazing price or amazing food (it was exactly fine). I'm not gonna say you have lost my business forever, you never had it -- I have never thought to myself "I really want Mimi's today"-- but my parents love your restaurant and today could have been such an easy layup. There's no chance of us partaking of one your pre fixe menus again, but moving forward, maybe (hopefully) you can attempt to do better for others. Thanks for a story to tell, I guess. ps... I would have given two stars last week, but I reached out to guest relations first and got no response after a week, so -- it's down to one and that's on them.

It won't win any culinary awards but the portions are huge, food is rib-stickingly satisfying, and it's a guarantee that you'll leave completely full and very likely with leftovers for the next day. The prices are pretty fair too- it was about $20 for a full dinner w 3 sides and 2 biscuits, which was about the same cost but twice the food as the meager fast food option I got the day prior. My husband wanted the Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes (brown gravy on the side) and green beans. The sides were the only things that tasted fresh. The chicken, was precooked, too breaded and reheated. My husband also wanted all dark meat, but the guy said he couldn't because it came in a bag? He ended up eating the two dark pieces and throwing the others away. I ordered the Rainbow Trout, broccoli and although I ordered a Sweet Potato, they gave me a white potato with everything. The trout was dry and not very flavorful. I threw the 2nd filet away. The Broccoli was delicious and cooked to perfection. The potato was a potato and not what I wanted. We started with the chips we'd been craving, had the Grilled BLT burger, Classic Eggs Benedict, and finished it all with coconut cream pie and apple pie à la mode. SO GOOD!! Each with its own personalities and menu, but still great service. So, before I discuss this location (Hesperia Location) on Bear Valley Road in the parking lot of Desert Valley Hospital, do keep in mind there is one near Victor Bowling (Victorville location) and another on Main Street (another Hesperia location). Let's talk about this EXPRESS location. That's what it is: a smaller menu with the same quality ingredients and in a smaller location. It shares its space with offices associated with the hospital, so be sure to sit in Organic Fusion Tea designated areas if you choose to sit for a bit. Upon arriving, you will see a Kiosk that you may order from. You may also enter to see their menu neatly written on a chalkboard (using marker, of course) and order from the Organic Tea employees. As for the atmosphere, this place is tiny. Maybe, just maybe, you will see Desert Valley Hospital employees waiting for their drinks as you scroll through the kiosk to place your order or read the menu. Today, I tried the Lavender Milk Tea and I made my modifications on the kiosk. It was made perfectly. There are other menu items I have not seen at the Apple Valley location, so I would like to return and try them. Such menu items include Happy Tea and Elder Healer, both of which I think are good marketing items for being in the same parking lot as a hospital. Food is not served here. The location is too small and can not accommodate a kitchen. Drinks is it's priority and it's called Express for a reason: it serves up the simple, quality drinks. Highly recommend if you are on the go and need a quick, organic, Tea drink.
