The installation was flawless cutting a new hole in a solid wood door and adding extra steel reinforcement to compensate for a problem with the door jam. When he removed the hardware, it turned out that would not fix our problem, so he returned the next day with new hardware. That solved our problem, and did so in a way that minimized any repainting of the door.
