I was at this store today at about 2pm. When I walked in, there were 3 other people waiting for…read morehelp. There was only 1 employee on a busy Saturday?? She was helping an elderly man who had brought in at a copy size box full of docs to copy....both sides....and multiple copies. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked her if she was going to be awhile and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she had no idea. Several things should have happened here. 1. The employee should have advised the gentleman that since she was alone, and there were several of us waiting for help, that she would have to help us while he waited since that was a job too big to do and not help other customers that probably would have been out of there in less than a few minutes. 2. If the rule is that the employee has to complete this job before she can help anyone else, she should tell the people coming in that it would be a wait and she had no clue when she would be done. Terrible customer service and the employee seemed to care less. :-( I have been coming to this location for many, many years and have never experienced this. To me, it was common sense to have the gentleman wait when he had such a BIG job for her to do!!
