The good sized shrimp come through and carry the flavor without any other seafood flavors out of the deep fryer. Fries also taste like potatoes and not like seafood. Seafood Gumbo was decent, flavorful not overly salty or spicy. I had rice with it and found sausage, shrimp, and okra. It's always good to taste someone else's gumbo in particular because it's cooked by the multitudes to the defense and guarded family recipe, to each their own. Can't wait to go here for oysters!
