Wetlock Waterproofing does an excellent job servicing crawl spaces. Starting with a free…read moreinspection, complete with numerous pictures, Cory explains what's happening under the house. For many of us, we never climb in there and the pictures clearly showed its condition. From there, Cory removed the old dirty plastic and debris left from the house's construction. He then leveled the ground by hand, so it would be uniform under the new plastic. He also cleaned the surface of the drainage pipes, tacked up loose insulation and wires, and inspected the ventilation vents. He installed the new plastic from the high side of the crawl space to the low end, and laid the seams so if any water was leaking in, it stayed under the plastic. The change was enormous, and the cost was very reasonable. Now the job is complete and we have a clean and dry crawl space. Job well done!

I am truly amazed by the outstanding service provided by Wetlock Waterproofing (Cory works with his son) especially in a time of urgent need. We got flooded big time! Cory, the owner of Wetlock Waterproofing, went above and beyond by promptly addressing a sump pump failure late one night. He responded to our call immediately and showed up within half hr. He undertook a substantial task of fixing the water damage in the crawl space. It was no small feat. He meticulously assessed the extent of the water damage and developed a plan to address it effectively. Damage fixed. Installation of new pumps done. Encapsulation pristine. The crawl space is now transformed into a clean, dry and functional area. "You can call me anytime even in the middle of the night" he said one day while the work was still in progress and the rain kept coming! That same night, more water started coming in our living space and I took him to his word! I called at 1am. He came with a smile. He took care of the situation till the next day as he procceded to finish a very messy task. "You can go back to bed" he said. "I'll see you in the morning!" Beyond grateful! Excellent communication throughout the process put me at ease, knowing that we were in good hands. He kept us informed of progress demonstrating dedication to his workmanship and care for people overall. Cory did not accept any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction, showcasing the companie's integrity. His willingness to go the extra mile, even in the middle of the night, sets this company apart as a company that truly cares. Overall, I am beyond impressed with him and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking top-notch waterproofing services as well as exceptional care and kindness for the people in the home.

I asked their driver nicely to back his truck up since we have 2 cars parked at our residence and I needed to go to work in a bit. He moved it and sat there glaring at me. I walked back inside and 5 minutes later my wife was going out with the kids to the Y and I saw on my camera he drove it forward blocking her from backing up. I came back out and the assistant mover stated "When are you leaving!?" Well for starters, that is not their problem to know what our schedules are. He then started using profanity, disregarding the fact that my children were right there. I started recording the incident on my phone and the driver told him to move the truck back forward to block my driveway. I had to call the company to get this resolved by letting them know I was going to call the HOA tow company. This is a horrible way for a neighbor to be introduced into the community as he has nothing to do with their unprofessional demeanor and disregard for using profanity in front of kids as well as disregard for neighbors property to wherever they will move your belongings. I will never use this company and warn others also not to. There are other moving companies with employees that have far more integrity than them and do not act in a reckless manner like this.
