I happened upon Brite Ideas as I was coming out of Guitar Center. I had never been in a store like…read morethis, so I decided to walk in and take a look. I was immediately greeted by Chris and his daughter who were running the store that day. As I perused through the showroom floor I immediately could tell that the quality of products were superior to those that I would normally find at a big box store like Lowes or Costco. This was definitely commercial quality stuff. I expressed my concern over the pricing and Chris reassured me that while the pricing was higher, the durability would make up for this. He had numerous examples of customers from his other business, Best Yard, who have had the same products sold in Brite Ideas for years. It felt good knowing that there was so much knowledge and experience inside that store and that Chris is putting his money where his mouth is by opening this store, which tells me he believes in the product. All in all I was very happy with my experience inside Brite Ideas and I will certainly be back to purchase lighting products for my home. Chris even informed me that he has an on staff consultant who can help me decide what would be the best plan when decorating my home. With this kind of customer service I don't mind spending the extra $$ to get a product that will actually last and stand up to the Colorado elements, all while supporting a local family-owned business.

It's clean, the employees are pleasant, it's usually well-stocked, and occasionally they have amazing books. I have never heard of any of the movies on DVD, though. But that could be on me. I like books more than movies, usually. There are name brands in small containers, and other brands in larger ones. The seasonal stock changes frequently. I was happy to find tiny packages of flower bulbs, and seed packets too. There are also the smallest bags of potting mix ever, but useful for a pot or two. This is also an excellent place for party supplies, especially gift bags, and some floral/craft stuff. All in all, a great selection for a relatively small store. I went there to get small spray bottles for my Venus fly traps, but ended up with bulbs, seeds, rust remover, and a couple of other things.

I started my holiday planning early and called them in early October to get a bid on putting lights on my house and a large tree. The guy who came, Dominic, said he could make the tree look spectacular. He told me to buy 4,000 ft of lights and said I'd also be charged for a boom lift to reach the tree. I agreed and was excited. I ordered over $2,000 in lights, paid $100 an hour for labor and paid $250 for the boom lift. They ended up using only ONE box of lights out of the SEVEN I had. When I saw the tree, I could not believe It. It looks like a joke. I called Dominic expressing my disappointment. He said he'd talk to his boss and get back to me. He never did. I talked to the office, sent them pics of this ridiculous tree, and they promised they'd send a crew out at the end of the week to make things right and do the tree how they had initially promised. I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves, so I waited. Needless to say, they didn't fix It. The installer called right before my appointment time and said they didn't have a boom lift, but would try to get the lights as high as possible BY STANDING ON A TRUCK, but most of the lights would be on the bottom of the tree. So now I am left with thousands of dollars in lights, I'm too late to get on anyone else's schedule, and my tree looks ridiculous. I'm also out hundreds of dollars I spent on the boom lift that didn't get used and several hours in labor they charged me to throw up a few strands of lights. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company I've ever hired for anything.

the Mall itself is nice, but this review relates to the food court and cleanliness. wife passed so…read morei use the mall for my daily exercise walk, and then have a bite for lunch. so i observe and experience much about the food court. first, Renzios Greek food served a flat no fizz diet coke. i asked the older lady if they could remedy it. ie add carbonation. i received a look that could kill. followed with barking "no". period. so i asked her the price of the combo meal without the diet coke, she growled saying its the same price w or wo the soda. i left to never return. second, since retired ive had opportunity to travel about the country visiting family and friends. have enjoyed chick-fil-a's from connecticut to portland to raleigh to minneapolis. all serve their "side salad" in a rectangular plastic bowl which has an appetizing presentation and nice fit for a salad. well, here they "stuff" the salad into a small cardboard sized soup cup, and i mean stuffed /jam packed in. not meant for a salad. you literally are required to pluck/pull the stuffed salad out of this jammed in cardboard cup. i asked mngr if they could use the standard salad bowl used throughout the U.S.. he said the small space they rent at the mall doesn't allow enough room for storage of the standard size plastic salad dishes?? so i drive over to the chick-fil-a down the road on Yosemite for a normal salad. bout a mile drive but worth it, as i feel that for a $20 meal its served appropriately. Last comment, food court maintenance. should you try asking one of the employees (difficult to accomplish as none speak english and will just stare at you with a look of contempt, like "no comprende") to kindly wipe down the spilled/leftover mess folks left, at a table you prefer. they tell you in spanish and pointing to the ceiling with angst to sit somewhere else. then walk away and ignore you. on busy weekends there may be no other tables available. so i resort to pouring some water from my own water bottle in my backpack and clean the table myself. so each day i make sure when leaving home i pack a water bottle in case a table at the food court is filthy and i will need to clean it myself. third, at Chipotle i order a salad "bowl". at checkout no forks w which to eat it. inquired if maybe they have forks in the back room. they told me "NO" but i could look for a fork with which to eat my salad, at another restaurant in the food court! not lol. these are just a couple of unpleasantries at the absolutely beautifully designed Park Meadows food court. We Needed it for the holidays…read more When they delivered it last week, they could not get it in our basement the hallway was to narrow. FR would not give us a refund so we tried to find something there, of course they have nothing in stock And anything that was in stock was small enough to fit or was ugly. The smaller piece we needed for the couch would not be in until January. The manager said I should keep the two pieces i had and just deal with it. We were frantic And of course no refund only exchange. We did not know this as i have never had something delivered that would not fit. We headed to AFW - the salesman ran all over the store with me to measure sofas to find one that would fit And was in stock. The sofa came and again they couldn't get it down. The driver asked if i wanted a refund. This was heaven to me as I was fighting with FR for my money back on the first sofa. Instead i said no lets find something and again they helped us find a couch. They did not charge me a re stocking fee either. I have spent over 10k at FR and now i have to spend a credit there for things i don't need because they will not refund you. I am not going to FR ever again. FR should be a little lenient in their return policy during these times with no inventory update: they made it right, thank you FR!

She told me the guys would disassemble it and have it all wrapped up for me when I come back for pickup at 5. So I arrive w my husband and our truck. They told me to pull around to customer pickup around the building by the trucks. I do so and they open the side door and the bed is all in pieces and parts all over the floor. I said WHAT is this. Rebecca said it would be all wrapped up and ready to go. They said OH SORRY there must have been a miscommunication, we will wrap it now. Can we also have your paper work. My husband gave all papers / receipts. So they wrap it up loosely in big bags, help put in it my truck. We arrive home and quickly get to work putting this together. ONE . It is missing hardware. TWO. It is missing a metal slat part that slips into the side rail and headboard. THREE. He never gave us back my paper work and receipt. Now please, answer your phone so I may speak with you.
