Installed on 11/15/25, he came back to add more gutter hooks, as part of lights had flipped out of the gutter, and he got that fixed. Then I found out a couple of days later that half the lights went out. I asked Anvar if they could stop by and troubleshoot the issue before my family arrived for Thanksgiving. He said he'd try in the next couple of days, but late on the 26th., he sent a text that it was too late to come out. I asked him later in the week what time they would be out and no response. I was willing to pay extra for extra work, I had already paid $300. Then I received a text stating that he wouldn't change his policies. But I wasn't asking him to change anything other than provide excellent customer service...I still needed my lights looked at or redone, and willing to pay extra to get them working...basically I was ghosted and then Anvar sent a text that said they were not coming out. I told him I would need to change my great Thumbtack review and post my situation on social media...This is not about the money, it's about poor customer service and other customers should be warned.

And, as if you need more reason to buy a tree from here, they will deliver your tree to your house and put it up in your stand, including trimming and branches that need to be taken off, for a mere $35. For me that was quite a deal. The costs run on the pricier side and of course go up as the trees get taller, but since they are a local Colorado company I don't mind paying more to support them. I couldn't find one plant that didn't have bugs when checking the stems. Lots of stressed out plants too. Will never come back. Sorry. Too bad since it's a cute store and even shopping at the old location.
