She informed me that I would be added to Dustin's schedule and he would get back to me. I was waiting for a call tomorrow (Monday) but a white van appeared in my driveway and it was Dustin. He was in the Mililani area and saw my name and address on the request list and decided to stop by. I was nearly in tears! Of all the technicians that came out (Chris, Kyle, and Kevin), I really liked the brothers Kyle and Kevin. They're easy to talk to and knowledgeable. The only gripe I have about the company is having to call them to see if the new part came in and to schedule installation. They would never call on their own accord, unless GE reached out to them (who I had to call to create a case in order to have the oven replaced if replacing the parts didn't fix the problem).
