I plan to also report this business to BBB (Better Business Bureau.) My first experience with AAR was above average as Pono the diagnoser and Chris the technician sufficiently fixed our stove. However when I called AAR to fix our leaky washer this was when the problems started. Chris came to diagnose our leaky washer back in October '21. In November we received a diagnosis and bill. Since November, every few weeks I've been calling AAR's office and Chris. The main office never returned my calls (after more than a dozen messages left,) and Chris kept giving me the go around that the parts were ordered but delayed. Fast forward early March '22. I talked to Chris and he said that the office misplaced my diagnosis and didn't have our files in their system. Chris promised that he would follow up with the office and have them call me back. Well; it is end of March and I am no longer receiving calls / text messages back from Chris. This is a business that will completely ghost their customers, even returning ones. Take your business elsewhere as Ali'i doesn't seem to care following up with their customers even their customers have waited months and months on end.

He had to take the old cabinet to a cabinet maker and remake the cabinet 9" smaller. Sid made all of the arrangements. He cut the granite with a saw and regrouted and caulked the countertop. It's amazing and he save me lots of money by replacing the stove with a newer, better model. Call Sid. He is your guy.

We were referred to Wada's. We made contact and was in touch with Gordon. We told him the problem, he went online right away and checked for the part. Turned out there were only 2 of those parts on the entire island. He told us he will go and pick up the part before coming. He showed up in the afternoon, took a look at the problem assembly (water feed to the dispenser and ice maker) and went to work. Within 20 minutes, the source of our problem was fixed. He was fast, easy going, did what he say and we will definitely use Wada's again.

The next day I got a text saying the part came in but I guess the store they ordered it from didn't release it yet. The next day Sene was able to come however while in the process of fixing it was realized the part under the agitator was stripped and replacing it would cost about 200-300 dollars.
