We came home from a three week vacation and had a pile of laundry to do only to find out that our washer was broken. I called in the morning and Waipahu Appliance Repair was there by 1 o'clock that same day. They did not ask for a diagnosis deposit and quoted me for parts and labor. when the technician came by. He mentioned that he thinks further repairs were needed or else I would be running into trouble. sure enough we had that done too, and I only paid for the extra part not the extra labor I highly recommend Waipahu Appliance Repair and will be using them for all of our household needs in the future.

DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR. I was hoping to get the same 5 star experience as…read morethe other reviewers, however I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by this company. His communications via text were very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, however I agreed to work with him because of his price. He was late for the estimate, and rescheduled our first appointment very last minute, which was very inconvenient. The final straw was that he did not show up to our rescheduled time and I have not been able to reach him since discussing the payment method earlier that same morning. Be very wary of this contractor (especially if you are a girl)! I am very dissatisfied and will not be recommending TruValue Services to any of my friends.

Our dryer knob popped off, and we needed it replaced so I tried making a repair appointment with a couple of service companies. Both of those companies quoted me a 8-10 day wait for scheduling, and I just couldn't wait that long. I tried the yelp "request a quote" and sent it off, fingers crossed. Haven was the first to respond, I gave him the model number and some pics to explain the problem and he said he check if the part needed was in stock. He promptly called me back, and gave me the info for the appliance parts company, so I could pay for the part that he could pick up for repair the following day. One day turnaround! That was such a relief, and he texted me confirmation for the appointment. I wasn't home for the repair appointment, but family members who interacted with him said he was professional and the repair was fast. I'd recommend him for your home repairs.
