The help there were excellent, they knew the market, they knew how to find the difficult stuff, and were able to rebuild my original unit to my great satisfaction. They wee working on parts for trucks, tractors, boat motors, all kinds of engines. They are not a mass marketer, but a old fashioned "fix everything" kind of place, with surprisingly reasonable prices for some very unusual projects, a pleasant surprise !

My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and while I was there, I also asked about upgrading my existing (fanless) roof vent to one with a fan and rain guard. They had one in stock, so I went ahead with it. The team told me they would handle everything and give me a call when it was ready. By 1:00 PM the same day, I got the call that all the work was done--super fast turnaround. They also sent me a text with photos of the repairs and a video showing the new fan working, which I really appreciated.
