Took our rider mower for a tune up got it back a week later the guy looked at me funny when putting it on the trailer and said if you have problems bring it back. That seemed weird I thought I got it home, mowed the lawn. Got done, did the blower then the mower would not turn over to park it in garage‍ They picked it up and hum hawed around for a week and told me the motor is basically shot because valves were bent or some crap, said if we put a heavier duty battery in it it should turn over and stay running. Now it is knocking and such, never had any issues with it before we took it there for service. A friend of mine thinks they accidently ran it without oil but they claim they didn't‍ But mower is seven years old and they claim it is a coincidence this happened the first mowing after they had it‍ Who knows read more

Straight up dishonest business. Took in my Husqvarna lawnmower that I purchased from them a year earlier. I explained to the lady I wanted the blade sharpened, oil changed out cleaned up (a general servicing) I also told her a cotter pin fell out and needed replaced. The pull cord starter broke and I physically showed her what needed done replaced. After two weeks I called to find out nothing had been done. Another two weeks, nothing. Almost five weeks later I got a call to come pick the mower up. They fixed the pull cord and replaced the cotter pin with a nut and bolt, not an authorized Husqvarna part. They didn't change the oil nor sharpen the blade. Now it runs like crap. I know they didn't do anything because there was no oil or gasoline in the mower. Shameful business to say the least. My business dropped off a lawnmower deck to be worked on. I was told that they were 3 weeks backlogged before they could start working on it (which is fine), but they would get me an estimate in a couple of days.....four weeks came and went and many phone calls later I still don't have an estimate, nor was the work even started. I went back to pick up the deck and it was in the same spot I dropped it off 4 weeks ago. I find TMT untrustworthy. read more

Took weed trimmer in for a tune up. Was told it would be two weeks (not a big deal). Called at two and a half weeks and was told it would be done soon. Called again at almost the four week period and still not even touched. Told them don't do anything to it I will pick up. Went to pick it up and they spend 15-20 minutes looking for it, finally finding it. Would not recommend doing business with them at all. Seem very unorganized and understaffed. I'm not one to usually say something bad about anyone. However my experience here was horrible. I had an issue with my brand-new toro lawnmower and called tmt to repair. They asked me a series of questions which I answered letting them know that the unit was brand-new and that it was a Toro mower. They sent someone to my home to pick it up and told me they would get right back to me to let me know what the issue was. After not hearing back for almost a week I called only to get a receptionist who didn't even know who I was or that my lawn more was there. I explained everything to her and she said she would have to get back to me. when she called me back I was very confused when she asked me what was wrong with my mower and what it was doing even though I had already explained this to her the previous time. She connected me with a repair man who said it doesn't seem to be doing anything only to find out that they were talking about a completely different mower possibly. I reexplain to the service man which mower was mine and what issues that had had and asked that he commuicate with the gentleman who picked up my mower because he saw and felt what it was doing. He said he would check into that and get back to me. I also asked him to get me a price on mulching blades for the mower which he never got back to me about. He them transfer me back to the receptionist who apologized and said they would get back to me as quickly as they can. Another week went by and I heard nothing from TMT so I decided to call back again only to receive the same questions that I had the first time I spoke with them asking me what was wrong with my mower and which one it was. I explained that I was frustrated and asked why they don't have my name in the system and why they didn't know which lawn more I was talking about and she said they were backed up for weeks with service. I asked why they never explain it to me when I picked up my mower and she did not have a good answer so she again apologized and said she would contact me back. This time when she called me back she explained that they figured out which one it was and that they replaced parts and that it was ready to be delivered back to me. I was happy that it was at least done until she explained that there was a large bill for the service. I explained to her that it was a brand-new mower and that the service was supposed to be covered under warranty as I had told the gentleman on the phone and the person that picked it up. She then informed me that they were not even a Toro authorized repair center which they had claimed to be when taking my mower in. Needless to say they forced me to pay and I will never recommend or use TMT for any service in the future. I felt that they were extremely disorganized, they did not communicate well , and I felt that I've been ripped off by this company. My experience with this business has been very negative, from the start. My mother-in-law attempted to have them fix a lawnmower that was not running right. She called them to ask for them to pick up my Husqvarna lawnmower. They informed me that they would pick it up the next day. I left my lawnmower in the driveway for them to pick up, yet they never came. My lawnmower set out in the rain that night also. Once she called back to ask why they hadn't picked it up yet they informed her they didn't know they were supposed to because no pick up order was placed. Once they did come get it, she informed them she needed it by a certain time on a Friday which was 3 days away. They ensured her it would be done. They then did not call her again. She eventually had to call back on the Tuesday following that Friday to ask what was going on. They apologized and said it would be done the next day. Yet again they did not call her back. She again called them to ask why it was not done. The owner simply said, "nobody had mentioned the timeframe." They then completely overcharged her for a simple fix which only included installing a new wire. Overall a very poor experience in which the business seemed very dismissive of her every time she called. Extremely disappointed in what I thought was a great locally run business. It seems they thought due to her being a woman they could ignore her order and give it little priority. I do not recommend this business at all. read more
