This has been a great company since the beginning. They offer great services to their community from customer outreach, to direct marketing and customer service within the San Bernardino area. While working for TMT Communications, I was able to travel to different business conferences in California and Texas and learn so much from different business owners and our clients. I worked closely with the TMT team members and love the drive they show within the office. Together the company sets goals for their clients and if our team is able to help them meet those goals we are often rewarded with bonus' on top of what we are making on our own. I recently left the area and was no longer able to work with TMT, but I would definitely come back to the office again and work with the company. There is so much room for growth. They also throw events outside of the office like company parties and BBQs that are always really fun to get friends and families together. I would highly recommend their services to the community in Upland, as well as anyone looking for a job in the area! read more

I have been working here for about 7 or so months now and my experience has been very pleasant! I have had many open conversations with other management regarding my schedule and they have always accommodated for me. I even got promoted to a manager after 3 months of employment, have more responsibilities, a pay increase, and more. I have a whole retirement plan and medical benefits. many people have complained about this company regarding pay and management but i have physically seen those ex-employees work and their performance was very disappointing and were only there for a quick and easy paycheck. In my personal experience, every pay check, I worked for it and it reflected my skills. As for management, i haven't had any complaints. I have constantly communicated with them regarding my schedule or any matters needed and they have always accommodated for me or we worked out a game plan so i could still work and continue my studies. overall i really enjoy working here and you should too!!! read more

I loved the attention to detail and how quick they were to respond to any changes I was needing. The office is quiet and very close to the freeway, so really easy to access. They never pushed for me to get more services than I needed so I'm thankful for that. Thank you to the customer service representative that kept in touch with me after my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. It was a great detail from your end. Looking forward to doing business again. I will definitely be recommending people to you guys for service! read more
