I hung up with my son, Alex, and contacted Alton (after hours) to let him know my son was in the market for a new motorcycle. Alton immediately contacted Alex to begin asking fitting questions. Alex was pleasantly surprised at how quick Alton responded since I had JUST hung up with him. Alton lets NO grass grow under his feet! Alton sent Alex numerous options, he actually proactively LISTENED to what Alex was looking for, began fitting toward Alex's wants and needs. Alex was shopping for a bike while out of town. Everything was being handled by remote. Alton (fitter) and Johnathan (sales) make a great well oiled, efficient, pro-customer driven team. Alex traded in his 2018 Harley for a 2026 Road Glide. As Alton & Johnathan progressed, you could actually see things moving along seamlessly. Information updates were constant. As finance progressed, the new 2026 Road Glide was immediatelt removed from the floor for further detailing to prepare for release/pickup. It took less than three hours to complete the deal. Alex arrived back into town and picked up his bike on his birthday. Happy Birthday, Alex!!!! Thank you, Alton and Johnathan. EXCELLENT customer service!!!! My brother took his slingshot in June 9th to be serviced due to a minor accident in his slingshot…read more Tim told my brother that it would be ready in less than two weeks and it took about 4 months to actually get it back and running with the scrapes (from them) and USED parts they put on when using his insurance saying that it was a new sprocket. Which you will see in the pictures listed on this review. Also, they left his slingshot out in the rain UNCOVERED for however long they did since we were not aware of that and it was there for the 4 months. They messed up his lights in his slingshot (which they never fixed), had to change the battery because it was drained, changed the front bumper panel because they scratched it after they third time of picking it up, the list goes on and on with this hell hole!!! Tim was beyond rude and lied so many times. He avoided all calls and text messages. He claimed he did not like calls, so my brother texted him regarding his slingshot many times and he was ALWAYS just left on read. In October when we all finally went up there to get his slingshot it was supposed to start being worked on at 9AM to change out the used sprocket that they put in so we went out to run a few errands, came back at 4PM and the slingshot was parked in the same spot, never touched or worked on. This has been the worst customer service from Tim to Jeff to Cameron! The entire service department is a complete JOKE & will cash your insurance check without you even signing for it (TOTALLY ILLEGAL)!!!!!! My brother will be writing his review on here soon!!! He will be able to go into further detail with everything that was done here and not done here!!!!! Save yourself the stress, time, and money and go somewhere else!!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and ESPECIALLY the service department (TIM & NEW "GM" JEFF)!!!! I hope the new owners take action on this place and get it together otherwise they won't last!!!!!!

I brought in my own sway bar stabilizing link kit/parts which they were more than okay with accommodating. I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! I'll definitely be back, and you should too.

After having it for over a month, they finally called to say the fuel problem was fixed, but if I wanted them to continue with the rest of the work, I needed to stop by and leave a deposit. I did that immediately. Another month and a half went by, and after spending thousands of dollars, the motorcycle still wasn't fixed correctly. When I tried to discuss the issues with Jim, he was rude and treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of something. In reality, I was the one who paid for repairs that weren't completed properly. I left multiple messages asking him to call me so we could resolve the problem, and I'm still waiting for that call. I'm sure the response will be, "Bring it back and we'll fix it correctly." That should have happened the first time. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop.
