This place is a bunch of crooks. Make sure you pay real good attention to any transaction you do with these people they will pencil whip the hell out of you . I went in there, trusting them on a purchase of three high jet, skis, and got robbed . If they don't get you one way they will get you another . I will never do business with this place again . I've called several other dealerships not explaining the details until after I was told pricing and they told me flat out they robbed you . If I could give them zero stars, I would Plus, my skis have not been right since I've bought them. They've only been in the water three different times every time I've had issues. We were sent to parts to see if they could help us and the one guy working parts is on the phone and there is a customer in front of us and we'll see what happens. I contacted Team Mancuso about a week ago and began the process of purchasing a new 2023 BMW K 1600 GTL Grand America for about $26000 roughly. Just out of curiosity I thought I would get an estimated trade-in value of my 2011 BMW R 1200 RT. After sending photos and the Vin number and all the necessary information I was told by Matt the salesman I was dealing with that the trade-in value of my motorcycle was $2500-$3000. So I felt like that was a way undervalued estimate and did some checking real quick. I went to Kelley Blue Book and put in my information and immediately got a Trade in value of $6670 and Private Sale List Value of $9510. I felt like I should give Team Mancuso the benefit of the doubt and see if Kelley Blue Book was accurate as far as Mancuso's pricing goes on their inventory. So I listed all the info for the 2023 K 1600 GTL Grand America that I am purchasing from them, and the list price that Kelly Blue Book listed is $26285. So, as far as Kelley blue book goes, Team Mancuso is completely accurate in regards to the price of their motorcycle, but in their opinion Kelly Blue book is completely wrong as to the price of my motorcycle.. Fruit for Thought. Lol Obviously, I decided not to trade in my RT 1200. I am blessed with the opportunity of not being in a position to have to settle and trade my motorcycle for a very undervalued price. I'm sure that many people do not have that luxury. Continuing on, I got everything arranged to go to Houston today from my home in Victoria Texas, close to 200 miles away and finalize the deal and ride my new 1600 home. I texted Matt about 10 AM before we left Victoria to let him know we were on our way. My wife and I both have businesses and we had to make arrangements to be away from our work this day to go pick it up, which is difficult for both of us. We made it to Houston and walked in the dealership and immediately Matt informed us that he just found out there is a recall on a fuel line hose clamp and they put a stop sale on the motorcycle so I would not be able to take it home with me today. I'm sure you can imagine how disappointed I was then that disappointment turned to anger because I could not believe that I did not get a phone call immediately when they found out about this recall to save me a trip to Houston. Mat told me that he just found out about it and there was nothing they can do about it until next week Tuesday or Wednesday. I might be able to go get it. Before I go into what they offered for my inconvenience, I would like to state that out of my frustration after we left, I made a few phone calls to other dealerships and ironically, I talked to a man that's a friend of mats, and he told me that he informed Mat himself at about 10 o'clock this morning about the recall. I can't imagine that anybody from another dealership would just make something like that up so I felt pretty confident his information was accurate. Having discovered this, I was even more angry because I was not giving the courtesy of a phone call before I left Victoria to make a long trip there and back for nothing I don't know about other people, but my time is valuable and so is my wife's and we were just robbed of this day and at this point right now I really don't quite understand why I'm not sure that I will ever get a truthful answer. The sale was already done. I was going there to pick it up and ride it home. It's not like he was gonna lose a sale over it the recall pertain to all motorcycles of that Vin category. The only thing that I can possibly conclude is that he was maybe hoping that he could get it resolved before I got there. I think it's really odd that I've been working on this sale for the last three days and they just discover on Saturday there's a recall and stop sale. I think somebody really dropped the ball here and I am the one that has to suffer. Anyway, they did offer to bring the motorcycle to me after this issue is resolved and to give me the first service that comes up, which is a value of about $500 for free. A service that I will likely do myself to save myself a trip all the way to Houston just to change the oil. I've been hunting for this motorcycle for quite some time and if it was not for it being the perfect motorcycle that I'm looking for I'm sure that I would be going someplace else to buy it after today's experience. I feel like the least Team Mancuso could do is offer to knock off $1500 to $2000 for all me and my wife's wasted time and inconvenience. I am definitely going to buy this motorcycle and I plan to drive to Houston again to pick it up and enjoy the ride home. My daughter lives in Houston and I was looking forward to taking it by her place too, so I have no desire to have it delivered to me. So standby for my next review as to how this turns out. Very poor service! I bought a new Can Am 2 Months ago from these guys and the A/C didn't work so I brought it back to the location on the south freeway I bought it from and they didn't have anyone that knew anything about a/c work. They told me to take it to Gulf Freeway location to repair. That's what we did. When we went to pick it up they told me we owed 300.00 for the repair and when I told them it was under warranty The service man said they found nothing wrong with the a/c and I had to pay for the checkout because nothing was wrong with it LOL. I brought my ATV in for repair. It would not start and needed to have it's carburetor rebuilt or replaced. The cost of a new carburetor was more expensive than having the current one rebuilt. However, the labor involved was more so the net cost turned out to be the same. I opted for a new one. The repair was done and it is running great. The one area where Mancuso needs to improve is communication. Service writers need to under promise and over deliver. I was originally told two to four weeks on the repair. It took about seven weeks. The only reason why I knew what was going on is because I kept calling them. Phillip Orange is the General Manager over the dealership. When I explained to him the issues I was having with the communication, he immediately got things corrected. I appreciate his attentiveness to customer service. I will be back to Mancuso for service of my ATV. Bottom line - Very busy service department. They did a good job repairing my ATV but need to improve communication so that the customer isn't in the dark on how long something will take to be repaired. read more

I came into the store and requested a price on a Ducati. The salesman said that the price on the motorcycle was reduced because the model, 2018, and gave me a nice price. I diced to buy the motorcycle and came the following day to sign the papers. The salesman spent some time offering gap insurance, extended maintenance, etc; he was very quick with the paperwork. I was very naive, trusted the place, the salesman, and the finance department. The buyer's form was shown very quickly to me, only to request an initial to decline/accept the gap insurance and maintenance fee. I signed the papers, thinking I was getting the base price offered by the salesman. I went home happy with my new Ducati. Some days went by, and I decided to go over my paperwork. When checking the base price, I noticed the price I paid was $1360 higher. I was not happy with team Mancuso and with myself, for being naive and stupid. I learned my lesson. read more

after searching from baton rouge to houston for any sea doo dealers having any inventory in stock, I found this dealer and the jet ski I wanted. I told them I wanted it and that my loan was approved for the purchase at 0900am. I was told that the paperwork would be sent to the bank and I would be able to pick it up today (I would be driving several hours). after waiting until noon and not hearing back from them, I contacted them and was told that they will be selling the jet ski to someone local instead. that was shady and unprofessional. currently, I am still waiting to hear back from them, due to being told that they may have a GTI model being shipped to them...... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If it was possible to give a one star rating, I would. I called to speak to a technician and was hung up on by the service manager. Look, if you don't allow customers to speak to the technicians, then just say so. Don't hang up on a customer. That's is horrible customer service. Then, I called back to speak to the general manager and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Obviously, there was never any intent to allow me to speak to a manager in the first place. It's bad enough that their customer service is terrible, but when you aren't receptive to feedback to make your awful customer service better, that's just inexcusable. Mancuso's business model appears to be "buy everyone else out so we can treat customers as poorly as we want and they can't do anything about it because there is nowhere else to go for service." I brought my ATV there for repairs over a month and a half ago and it is still there and has not evev been seen. I was talked into bringing it there by a guy in their service department and was later told there was a 2 week backlog which i understand and was ok with. After a month i call and was told they needed to do a tear down to determine problem and they needed approval. I approved and asked why no one called to inform me of this soon and no one had an answer for that. i then called 2 weeks later and was told they couldn't look at it again for another 3 weeks. I was pissed and asked them what sense that possibly makes? They had no valid explanation for this either and after another week i went to the dealership and spoke to the service manager who sympathized with my issue and informed me that he would make sure it gets taken care of and would look into the issue. 2 weeks later I have been trying to get someone on the phone and the person that answers the phone transfers me to my original service writer (Brandon ) and he transfers me to the Service manager where my phone call goes to voice mail. This place is absolutely horrible especially considering they are supposed to be one of the largest dealers in Houston. I purchased this ATV new less than a year ago from them and never expected this type of horrible service. I purchased 2 ATVs from them, 1 jet ski and ordered another jet ski but after this issue I declined to complete purchase on the other and will never buy anything from them ever again.
