Recently I had them out to remove a maple tree that had been growing into power lines and my driveway. They came right out, looked at the tree and promptly wrote a very reasonable quote. Within a week or so they came and began work. They did a great job except they left all the stump grindings all over the sidewalk, lawn and driveway. Plus a huge mound where the tree had been. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Luckily I was having the driveway ripped out and that company was very accommodating and helped me remove the debris. Additionally it was brought to my attention and later confirmed that they had no business working near power lines! They are not insured for that! Ask questions and get the facts. We had 2 trees taking down and 2 of the neighbors trees that were hanging in our yard trimmed, the…read more2 trees we had taking down were in a odd spot behind our garage that we don't have access to through our yard, Woodchuck was able to temporarily take down a section of chain link fence to access removal of the trees that they cut down using a lift over our garage in our yard and they also had to maneuver around many electrical and cable lines, they showed on time and completed the work in about 4 hrs and the clean up was amazing, the workers were very respectful and courteous, pricing is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company for any service they provide also Joyce in the office was very pleasant to deal with
