With the gravy, a few of the bites were right on the verge of being too salty, but managed to not cross that threshold, making it a well seasoned entree with a variety of flavors, from the ketchup crust, to the meat itself, which was tender a delicious, to the gravy on top. Fresh Food Co. has a tendency to not salt their vegetables, likely for health reasons, so a little bit of salt was needed on the broccoli and carrots, but they were well cooked and tasty otherwise. The corn was perfectly buttered, which gave it all the flavor it needed. In total, it was a delightful meal which I would be happy to enjoy again. Three of us had the flounder that had tomato confit, artichoke, hearts palm, olives and mandarin oranges. The filet was cooked perfect and extremely tender with the sides paired perfectly. The flounder was exceptional and no plate was left with a morsel to be seen! The dessert menu was hard to choose from but we settled on brownie with sauce and vanilla ice cream and the raspberry cheesecake. Add in a couple of after dinner coffees/espresso the meal was perfect. This restaurant is small but not elbow small. A few tables outside for nice weather occasions and a small bar to seat 3-4 people.
