I went in because a cyst had ruptured behind my knee and I was unable to put weight on that leg. Various tests were done. Then, while we waited for reports, I passed out. We were seated in a hallway, and my husband tried to revive me. He couldn't leave me, for fear I would fall out of my chair. Thankfully, a nurse soon came up; she tried to revive me, and when I did not respond, she moved quickly to get me into a room. No heart attack, but an artery had flattened, and my BP was extremely low. Dr. Joshua Paree was there, and my husband was very impressed with him. He moved quickly, knew exactly what he needed to do and did it. I began to come around while they were working to stabilize me. I received the excellent care I have come to associate with TMC, and I am very grateful. So many nurses, but I remember names of only two: Jenny and Miguel. But all of them were so efficient and so kind.

TMC's customer service has been incredibly frustrating. When we finally called, the recording said they were short-staffed and suggested sending a message through MyChart instead. We chose to stay on the line (because how do you schedule an appointment in an email), and after one full hour, we still hadn't moved up in the queue. Scheduling a simple vaccine shouldn't be this difficult. It's disappointing that accessing basic healthcare services requires this much time and effort. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service and health care TMC provides.

While my initial visit with Dr. Berry was pleasant, I can't say the same for when I returned for a…read moreUrolift procedure. My privacy was of no concern when I was lying down naked on the exam bed with my legs in stirrups. The door was left ajar, though I have no idea who, if anyone passed by, but if they did, they got a great view of me. A total of three females were present during my procedure. No introductions were made, so I had no idea what their roles were or why there were so many. Eventually, I learned one was a Urolift representative who was advising Dr. Berry during the procedure. So, this immediately tells me that this procedure is relatively new for Dr. Berry, though this was never communicated to me prior. I opted for nitrous oxide as an anesthetic. Bad choice. I wasn't given instructions other than to stick the tube in my mouth. It took the external Urolift rep to observe that I wasn't exhaling into the tube and to correct me. The two Southwest Urology females in the room must have been preoccupied with god knows what. Overall, the procedure was pretty brutal, and painful. Despite my pain, Dr. Berry continued violently moving the tools around that went through my urethra, into my bladder. No warning either of the intense pain I was about to experience with each Urolift placement. In the end, he used two additional Urolift wires because he obviously made mistakes, as evidenced by the Urolift rep correcting him verbally. In the end, I'm not confident the procedure even worked as I'm still experiencing similar issues with frequent urination, and low stream of urine. But, I would never return here for a follow up. Would I return? No. Would I recommend? No. Southwest Urology, not to be confused with this place, is right across the street. Only by confusing the similar names did I ever end up making an appointment with Southwest Premier. Even that name is misleading.

First thing, the front desk lady scolding me for doing it wrong and that's not right, that's not how they do it. Wtf. I heard her tell another patient she has worked here 7 years. Take a look at your website before you start off scolding people. This is real time, she just scolded me again for filling out part of the form incorrectly. W t h I don't work here. We came back here because we had a great experience last time, I guess that proves that it really is the people that matter.

The East Pima Street Next Care office has always given me prompt, thorough and kind care for burns, cuts, sprains, dislocated fingers, massive splinters (including removing embedded debris from a slide off-trail and 20 feet downhill), and one broken bone. Treatment has equaled what I have received in hospital emergency rooms and is a WHOLE lot faster. My latest trip for a deep knife cut yesterday was the same as usual. I was entirely satisfied and grateful for the care I got there from reception, prep, treatment and release.

My NP was cool to start. Sadly as time went on things went downhill. First off she wasn't responsive to my concerns. She either ignored my questions or responded negatively like I don't know my body and my past history. She often talked down to me. And she ordered that a medication of mine be dropped BY HALF for a small deviation on a test. I expressed concern since things went to hell when I was on that dose years ago. She called me noncompliant or some such for asking for a smaller but reasonable drop. Both my new pcp and endocrinologist thought she was nuts. November 2025 I had enough. I tried switching to the doctor in the practice. Denied. Called other doctors in the same system denied. I then called the office manager back and advised that I would be transferring to another network for primary care due to I no longer had faith in my then PCP. Later on I schedule an appointment with my ortho specialist in the same network. They cancelled it because the old pcp office apparently discharged me or blacklisted me from the whole freakin Carondelet network simply because of one nurse practitioner. Never again. I hate the necessity since I hear Doctor Cornelius is chill but I never found out since he refused to see me too likely due to the NP. With my personal experiences I'd do zero if not negative stars.
