As a returning customer, I was really disappointed with the communication. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, I received one brief text acknowledging my message and then never heard back. This went on for a couple of days with no follow-up, which made the process unprofessional. read more

This is the only Tax services I trust!!! Been coming here for a few years now and the customer services here are still excellent. Last year I had to file for small businesses grants and didn't have an electronic copy of my tax documents from 2019 & 2020. I contacted my tax preparer Kevin Nguyen and he sent me a copy free of charge within one business day (you can also request for hard copy for just $10. I'm disorganized and I often don't have things on hand when needed. Before when I went to different tax offices they charged me a lot more for a copy and they took forever to reply. I'm grateful for the quick responses I get from TLK tax services - ask for Kevin Nguyen. My tax preparer, Kevin, also keep me posted on available grants that are offered. Couldn't thanks him enough for all his help, and would definitely recommend everyone to try out this place. Awful, definitely never coming back. I had an appointment at 3pm and they said, "Why are you here? Go back to who ever does your taxes because we are busy and it will take too long. They have all your info." Exact words. If you guys are not looking for clients then STOP making appointments!! What an idiot I'm obviously there because you told me to come! It's a family business and I have been going here for years. Very well inform and does everything by the book with a lot of knowledge on how to do taxes for bank, donation, stock option, aka alternative minimum tax. Make an appointment as it usually take awhile to go through all paperwork and to review it at the end. Price is around $40-100 depending on how much paperwork and different statement you want to do. read more

This place is a joke. Called to inquire if they can help my father's tax situation. Some lady answered. All i could hear was someone was chewing on something, as ahe was talking to me. Unprofessional to say the least. She said she couldn't help because the extension had passed(false.....i confirmed with IRS), and some lame excuse of not having the software. I just have my tax done last week at TLK tax services with Kevin, he is a really nice guy, he explains all the number and the deduction that I am qualify, and the health care which is very confusion this year, I got a good refund , and it only takes 7 days for the money go to my bank account directly, Kevin also gives me discount for the fee, and he doesn't charge much for his good services to complete of my tax return, I definitely will come back next year because this is such a liable tax service place that I have been done for many years.
