This is the only Tax services I trust!!! Been coming here for a few years now and the customer services here are still excellent. Last year I had to file for small businesses grants and didn't have an electronic copy of my tax documents from 2019 & 2020. I contacted my tax preparer Kevin Nguyen and he sent me a copy free of charge within one business day (you can also request for hard copy for just $10. I'm disorganized and I often don't have things on hand when needed. Before when I went to different tax offices they charged me a lot more for a copy and they took forever to reply. I'm grateful for the quick responses I get from TLK tax services - ask for Kevin Nguyen. My tax preparer, Kevin, also keep me posted on available grants that are offered. Couldn't thanks him enough for all his help, and would definitely recommend everyone to try out this place. Very well inform and does everything by the book with a lot of knowledge on how to do taxes for bank, donation, stock option, aka alternative minimum tax. Make an appointment as it usually take awhile to go through all paperwork and to review it at the end. Unprofessional to say the least. She said she couldn't help because the extension had passed(false.....i confirmed with IRS), and some lame excuse of not having the software. I just have my tax done last week at TLK tax services with Kevin, he is a really nice guy, he explains all the number and the deduction that I am qualify, and the health care which is very confusion this year, I got a good refund , and it only takes 7 days for the money go to my bank account directly, Kevin also gives me discount for the fee, and he doesn't charge much for his good services to complete of my tax return, I definitely will come back next year because this is such a liable tax service place that I have been done for many years.
