I've been working with Manny and his team for almost a decade, and I truly couldn't recommend them enough. Manny is always on the lookout for tax credits and opportunities to make sure I get the best possible outcome with my returns. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I have. What really sets this office apart is their responsiveness--Manny has helped me promptly and efficiently with IRS notice letters whenever they've come up, which gave me so much peace of mind. The entire team is friendly, professional, and bilingual (Spanish-speaking), which makes the experience even better. They genuinely care about helping their clients understand their finances and also offer additional services like DMV assistance, travel services, and insurance. You can be assured that they will take excellent care of all your financial questions. Highly recommended! read more

Staff offers great service. Service was fast and staff has good communication. I recommend this company.

Great services and friendly staff they care about customer they work hard to get what you want

Honestly disappointed. Insurance policy was suppose to be closed and canceled before its end . End date came and now I'm being charged a fee before it goes to collections from the insurance company a month later!!! Not one call from this agency or a heads up about a closing fee. When I called on how this happened. No help or assistance was given. Just short answer or their "policy" to get me off the phone. Horrible business practice. I'm glad I went directly with a new insurance company. Better and cheaper! Be warned. read more

Stephanie in Sunnyvale is alway knowledgeable and very professional. Great pricing and service!!

I have been coming here for 9 years. Every time tax season comes around this is the only place I trust. Stephanie and the whole staff are very helpful and always make me feel at ease. They always walk me through everything and any changes that have occurred they always explain the best options for me to choose from. read more

These people are involved in some type of FRAUD!! Do not go to them if you want your own tax returned send to someone else! That is exactly what happen to us, we filed and chose to do direct deposit they then proceeded to send my tax return to someone else!! How is this an accident? More than 3k sent to a complete stranger! Do not go to them!! NEGATIVE RATING ! read more

Manny is great and easy to work with! If you want to save money on your taxes or get the most on your return he's the right guy to go to!

Client since 3 years ago no complaints at all staff friendly really helpful as well. They help me with my taxes they know what they doing .

Worst service, I contacted them to purchase two plane tickets and they promised me to call me back, never happened. I still calling them and I even went to their office, again, they supposed to call me the next day....never did. I'm the one who is bringing them business but they are pretty good to make you feel like you are the one asking for a favor. I do not recommend their services at all. read more

I don't recommend this place they don't know what there doing very bad costumer service super rude if you have a problem before they file your taxes they never call back or help you. read more

Super fast and exceptional customer service. Alfredo was fast to do my taxes ( thank you!)I highly recommend them!

I went to do my taxes on 01/19/2018 and I juts realized they charged me 30% more for a service I have had been receiving for the last 4-5 years. I did not discuss the price due to "the trust" I had build with these people. My ex-husband has been doing the taxes with them for many many years. When I called to ask why the person mentioned he had discussed the price with me,which did not happen because I handed him my debit card. Then he went on saying that since last year they had "increased their prices" which was a total lie. When I mentioned that an increase of 30% seemed abusive to me he said "they are privileged because they can raise their prices however they want". NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I always told my friends and family to go and do their taxes there but not anymore. read more

I have been doing business with Martha's Travel for a very long time, I can only say based on my experience I wouldn't go anywhere else... Mrs. Martha supervises the premises and plays attention to the needs of the clients and her staff. This Family Owned Operation is well organised so when I need copies of previous years taxes they find them right away. I also have used them for translation of legal Documents, the bilingual team offers Notary services, Insurance and many more. read more

Very unprofessional. Makes an appt and leaves you sitting there for an hour. Rude and that daughter of hers is a B****. Don't go there. They did not calculate my taxes correctly. Had to file an amendment and they had the never to say they were not responsible even though when they looked up my file it was all there but was not included on the return. Any professinal knows they get paid not only to file everything correctly but to deal with any hastles that come from state or federal if anything is questionable. Not recommended. read more

If there is a 0 star this place deserve it, I have a bad experience with them they charge too much for the service they provide,

Great place to get your tax done i highly recomend everyone to come here also a great place to book your next trip ..

This place is very unprofessional!!! They don't care about customer satisfaction nor doing what they're getting paid for, They charged us 250 for our 2016 taxes, and We got a letter from the IRS stating that NOTHING was filed!! Wtf this ppl SUCK, oh, and don't get me started with the waiting...(having an appointment don't mean anything to these ppl)plus the ppl that work there DONT have an idea of what they're doing, at all! They call themselves a business?!!! Learn about business, and get some knowledge first, then open one! They're a big Joke! Don't recommend them at all!!! Btw I'm still waiting for the lady, that answered the phone when I called to complain and talk to the owner, because she wasn't there, I was told they would call me back as soon as she got back from lunch, well damn it's been 2 days and she hasn't finished eating yet?! Smh!!! My experience with this place is a NEGATIVE one!! read more

Pros: Great helpful staff, got me $$$$ on my taxes which of corse counts for all the stars! I was helped by Stephanie, who was not shy in asking as many questions necessary to get me as much back possible, I had checked how much i would of gotten without going to Martha's and realized it would of been horrible without them! Cons: None! there is a Mexican restaurant about 3 buldings down just incase its busy and a liqour store next door in case you get thirsty! They are now going to be working on my Honeymoon trip aswell as for future taxes! read more

If I could give a negative rating for this place I would. I have been very professional and patient with them and still can't manage to complete my 2016 taxes!!... it is now June 2017. The only 2 people that are competent enough to deal with stocks and retirement accounts are never in the office. I've tried to set up appointments, sent them all the documentation needed via e-mail in order for them to to complete my taxes and they can't even confirm that they have received it because they are unable to use their own email. Ridiculous on top of incompetency. They have hijacked my information and are also refusing to refund me the partial money I have already paid them. If you are looking to waste your time and money and be disrespected at every turn then this is the place for you. If you want professional competent people to take care of your important tax documents then please DO NOT COME HERE. They are the worst. I am from El Salvador (as are the owners) which is part of the reason I started doing business with them 3 years ago, to support them. I've been very patient but this is now the 4th year that I have to deal with this ridiculous level of incompetency - it has never been easy and this year is the absolute worst, it's like the owners are on permanent vacation and they've left a bunch of non-English speakers who don't know how to do business in charge. I feel very disappointed by the way they have treated me and will not be giving them my business ever again. read more

Horrible place, horrible people, horrible service! Do not filter this one for the sake of God!!!! I am still having problems with IRS because of these uneducated people! read more

We have been doing our taxes with Martha's Corp for over a decade now, and they are the best. They treat you like a member of the family when you come in and take time to find all your deductions and tax savings. We have literally saved thousands of dollars by switching to them. We started at the Sunnyvale office but now use the Santa Clara office as it is closer to our house. read more

Horrible service will never go here again first off I had my taxes done by them and they charge about 140 I forgot to add a dependent so I had to do 1040x which you can do online by yourself by just printing it out n filling it out and mailing it but we pay for service as she kept telling me after charging me 80 I thought they would take care of it since I'm paying another 80 on top of the 140 n no at the end the hand you a envelope and tell you go to the post office n mail it after you get it weighed completely in shock because thats the whole reason I paid was so they can handle all that for you but No I litterly only thing they did was print it n input my daughter information which I could of my done myself but I EXPECTED FOR 80 for them to take care of IT but no they pretty much charge you and have you pay and go out of your way to do everything BAD SERVICE !! I called for two weeks and everyday I would get the response we will return your call later NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AND I WAS WAITING for them to finish the 1040x which they rushed and did it all today when I had gone 2weeks ago but was fed up when I called them and to be handed and envelope so you can do it yourself next time I'm defiantly going to print it myself on irs.com which I will now do my taxes by myself horrible SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE charge you n GIVE YOU THE WORST DONT GO EL SERVICO NO SERVE AQUI TE DEJAN SIN LLAMADAS TE COMBRAN MUCHO MAS QUE OTROS LADOS NO REGESAN LLAMADAS PAR NADA TIENES QUE ANDA A BLANDO PARA QUE TE VIENA NADIEN SABE LO QUE STAN ASCIENDO TODOS ESPERAN MANUEL QUE CHECKO EL TRAVAJO DE TODO ESO IDIOTAS NUCA VOY A REGRESAR TE COBRAN LO MAS QUE PUEDAN COBRATE read more

I have been having my taxes done at Martha's Travel for almost 10 years. The staff is always extremely courteous and professional. They are so much more personable than going to an H&R Block. My taxes are completed correctly in a timely manner and they always find things I would never have considered if I would have filed by myself. read more
